I came to Astana for work and decided to have dinner at the Navat cafe. The decor and interior are very cozy, and the chandeliers are just like from fairy tales about Aladdin🙂
On the first day, I ordered shurpa soup, manti, chebureks and tea.
The chebureks were very tasty, and the tea was divine. And the mantas were terrible, thick, thick dough and old meat.
But the service ruined everything, the waiters ignored me altogether, and when I left, they didn't even say goodbye.
On the second day, I had to come to Navat again, because this cafe is located next to the hotel.
I was served by the waiter Daulet. The most friendly and friendly waiter in the whole establishment.
I ordered pilaf, but it turned out to be not tasty.
Daulet brought a compliment to chuck chuck and crossed the pilaf off the bill.

A pleasant place, we went to have lunch with a child, attracted by the colorful oriental interior. There is no children's menu, but the hostess girl recommended possible dishes for the child, 2 soups were ordered for lunch, the broth was very rich, a pleasant bonus was a compliment from the vision in the form of a sour-milk drink and mini bread. The waiter girl was very courteous, she brought the order promptly, without a long wait. I recommend a place to visit

I don't understand where the establishment got a rating of 5. Frankly tasteless, pilaf is not pilaf, but just rice with meat. The waiters seem to work for 3 days without a break: everything is barely, they broke a glass on the table when they were cleaning, asked to bring the child soup without greens, brought it with her, a whole scandal, did not eat. Thanks for at least redoing it.

We are very disappointed with visiting this teahouse. I have been to Navat in Bishkek many times and it was amazing, the taste of the dishes, the service. In this teahouse, the taste of pilaf was worse than the one purchased from the store. My wife ordered a vegetable caesar, brought a mountain of lettuce and three strips of eggplant. The service is very long, although half of the tables were free. In general, disappointment. I don't recommend it.

I love the tea house in the Asian Park! They are always warmly welcomed. I go there in the morning or afternoon, so most of the time my favorite tables by the panoramic windows are not occupied.
The compliment in the form of a fur coat and baursaks is beyond praise. Moreover, baursaks melt in your mouth!
I was at Navat in Almaty, not bad, but ours is better and tastier!
