We came here as tourists. We came from the city of Moscow . The goal was to try the national cuisine.
We took mantas with meat - the filling is not too greasy , very fragrant , but the dough is terrible, because it was clearly boiled earlier , and just warmed up before serving . Therefore, the dough is dry and firm .
We took a besbarmak with horse meat - ideally , very tender and sweet horse meat , but at the same time the broth and dough are salty , so the harmony of flavors is excellent .
We took the traditional air chak-chak- not bad , but in Tatarstan it is softer and melts in the mouth , but here it looks more like crispy brushwood .
The interior is very authentic, soft and warm.
The service is good, solid 4 . I would like to be better helped to choose dishes on request for those who are not familiar with the cuisine.

The Navat restaurant pleased me with its cozy interior and excellent service. The chefs skillfully prepare dishes, each of which is a real work of art. It didn't go in. I went with the desire to eat pilaf, as a result, pilaf is cooked very strangely, boiled rice, boiled carrots, boiled meat and everything is cooked separately, then mixed and served. Definitely the worst pilaf in my life. They forgot about the salad, lamb kebab for 3+, the meat feels like it's been marinated for too long.
Of course, I won't go a second time, I don't recommend taking pilaf, so you need to take care to spoil a great dish.

I would say that it looks like a Kazakh cuisine restaurant. It's very cozy. The food is very tasty. The staff is polite. The atmosphere is pleasant. It's good to communicate with friends. The interior is national: bright, beautiful, comfortable. The drinks are fresh and delicious. The waiting time is 15 minutes. I haven't tried pilaf or desserts. We were on Sunday - there were free places

We were in different cafes, restaurants (we love to travel Alhamdulillah) but we tried the most delicious, tender, juicy shish kebab only here it is 10/10 definitely recommend it 👍 and thank the staff separately very polite 👍 generally recommend it 👍 (my husband and I still remember the taste of this shish kebab ) 😄
