Nice hotel. The rooms are super, sea view, three meals a day. Your beach is ten meters away. Two pools, one indoor and one outdoor. Spa, baths, hammam. Everything is great. I recommend.

A wonderful boarding house, I really enjoyed living there. Of the cons: the lack of a corkscrew in the rooms (we had a suite) and it was strange. There are no ramps, so it was problematic with the stroller. Once it took a long time to persuade the staff to put out deck chairs.
Otherwise, everything is fine, great view, delicious food, gorgeous well-groomed territory.

Excellent boarding house, well-groomed territory, swimming pools, room cleaning , change of bed linen and towels every three days. One minus, the food is not very good.... but I definitely recommend the hotel!!!!

Everything is cool, except cleaning the rooms, changing rooms of the spa, in the showers. The showers of the spa complex have not been cleaned for 3 days. As the jars of Alain hotel shampoos were lying around in the corners, so no one touched them for three days. I informed the administrator about this. I hope there will be a result

Of the advantages, only the SPA and the territory, the hotel staff at the reception is unfriendly, your problems are your problems, they do not solve them. The Internet catches everywhere except the room. One 1.5l bottle of water for 4 days, a terrible smell in the shower of the room was present for the whole vacation, which the staff did not deal with. The child was given a cot instead of a normal bed, the food is monotonous, but cooked pretty well. The territory is excellent, there is a lot of greenery and a delicious smell of plants throughout the territory.

We were in a Sled in October. I am very glad that you can come with children. There is a playground, an outdoor swimming pool for children. It was clean, the room was cleaned every day. There is not only a buffet restaurant on site, but there is also a cafe where you can order alcohol. The beach is nearby, just a stone's throw away. The staff is friendly. I really liked it. I recommend.

We had a rest at the Nart Hotel in September 2023. We were lucky with the weather, the water in the sea was warm and clean. The hotel's website stated that the water in the outdoor pool is heated, but this is far from the case. Nice, warm water in the indoor pool. We rented two rooms in the first building. Suite with sea view and Junior Suite with mountain view. They paid a little more than 130,000 for two rooms. Midges were flying in the junior suite because there was a towel in the refrigerator that stank. Of the care products, there were 2 soaps and 1 gel. The two-room suite had a dirty gray sofa, a broken towel holder. There were strange bayonets on the walls in the bedroom. The cherry on the cake is a shared balcony with neighbors. That is, you can't leave the door to the balcony open. In the evening, you will not be able to sit quietly either, because the neighbors are nearby. The food is very poor. It's the same thing every day. You won't stay hungry, but it's terrible. Baby high chairs for feeding the dead. On the third day, everyone came down with rotavirus. The doctor is on duty on the territory 24/7, for this I thank them very much. They also brought a small birthday present -a plate of fruit.
I put three stars only for the friendly staff and beautiful views of Old Gagra.
