Everything is gorgeous!! The most important thing is the location is just a bomb, delicious food, rooms with sea views, the sound of waves at night is wonderful. The spa area is awesome, treatments and cosmetology were accepted.
Attentive staff, helpful.
The territory of the hotel is beyond praise. Rest was recommended to all friends. Just relax 100%.

3. Only one 1.5 litre is issued in the subkey. water for the whole family, I think it's very expensive and not boring at all to save on water in a hotel!
4. It is necessary to diversify lunches and dinners. There are a lot of meat products. Everything is just like in the Soviet dining room, but not worse!
5. For two adults and a baby, they allocated only 2 single beds! Additional rent is paid 2500 per day!
6. Sun beds on the beach are not wiped, they are not processed after 20-00 they are simply stacked in a pile and in the morning they are not laid out by the staff, vacationers lay out themselves!
In general, it is necessary to correct these vezi in my opinion. I would not like to come to you next time. But I'll come and see if anything has changed! I hope you will improve!

If you are going on vacation to this hotel, read the review to the end, I am sure it will be useful to you!
We were vacationing with a large family with three children, the youngest is 3 years old.
To begin with, if you expect from this hotel, which is a 4-star hotel, then the "service" and food provided will disappoint you. By Russian standards, a maximum of 3 *. At the same time, the prices for accommodation are not cheap. The most important disappointment was at the eviction, but more on that later.
Of the advantages, I want to note the location of the hotel, clean sea, spacious beach, rooms. That's it!
Of the cons
- disgusting wi-fi that works more or less well at the pool. Our room was in the main building on the 4th floor, wi-fi was barely pulling, constantly turned off.
- The sun beds on the beach are constantly occupied with towels. We noticed that most of the vacationers do not come. Of course, this is the culture of vacationers, but the hotel administration does not follow this. It's a little dirty on the beach, used toilet papers are lying around.
- Rotavirus. He didn't pass us by either, the kids were all throwing up. SanPiN the situation in this hotel is questionable!!!
- UPON CHECK-OUT at 12.00, at the reception he asked to use the pool area until 15.00 to somehow take the children to the train, put them on sun beds and turn on cartoons, to which he received a categorical NO, because you see we can take someone's place. This is in the period from 12-15, when it was hot and there was no one there. A photo of how the pool is filled at this time was specially made. We gave 200 thousand for 7 days in this hotel, 3 hours for guests at the pool - this is probably a problem! 🤦🏼♂️ In normal, self-respecting hotels of this level, upon check-out and before departure, hotels provide at least the opportunity to use the territory, this is a normal practice. But for this "4-star" hotel, this request turned out to be impossible!!! At my request to invite the manager to resolve the issue, the girl from the reception went with the phone, pretended to call / write, but eventually said that the manager could not or did not want to.
In general, we will not come to this hotel with such "hospitality" anymore, and we definitely do not recommend it!
No fancy names like "park Spa Hotel" do not add reputation if there is no banal and minimal service. We ourselves from Adygea know firsthand what real Caucasian hospitality is, unfortunately, the Sled did not show this hospitality! We have traveled all over the Krasnodar coast, the level of service of 4* hotels is much higher, believe me!

We were in a Sled last year, I was surprised. The service, pool and buffet are excellent, but Turkey is far away! The prices are off the scale, it seems that they are not considered at all. The room starts from 15 thousand rubles- includes : 2 swimming pools, indoor and indoor, buffet. There are a lot of things, you can choose, there are fruits: cherries, watermelon, apples, pears. Almost all dishes are in sauce. There is a coffee machine, drinks, tea. In general, you can choose. 4 stars for Abkhazia is simply paradise!!!. But this year it was worse, and the sea off the coast is just dirty. Although everything was the same as last year, but the prices are much higher. It is unclear what this is related to. We had a vacation with four children at the end of October. 3-room suite in the 3rd building. One of the best vacations of our lives, and in many ways thanks to this hotel. The room is simply excellent: furniture, plumbing, sound insulation, cleaning and maintenance - there is nothing to complain about. A very beautiful area with its own promenade and a huge beach. A new spa center with a gym, indoor pool, sauna and hammam. A rather large buffet restaurant: there was always a choice for every taste. Animation works all year round, well done girls!
The weather did not disappoint, there was only one rainy day, we went on an excursion. The sea is 19 degrees. I swam, the children swam and went ashore, my wife did not set foot)). Half a day at the sea, half a day in the pool, we got drunk and bought up. There were plenty of sun beds, although the hotel was almost full.

A great place, opened by us this 2023. Located in Staraya Gagra on the 1st coastline near the border with Russia. There are 5 buildings on the territory, while the 5th building is completely new, commissioned in 2022. Comfortable rooms, the price of which is quite affordable. Excellent dining room, a lot of fruits on the menu, a lot of meat dishes, vegetable side dishes, salads, and a special menu with dietary dishes. There are a lot of sun beds on the beach, installed under fungi. Near the park with the famous colonnade. The temperature of sea water in late September - early October is 24-25 degrees. We rested just fine. We will probably gather there next year.

We stayed with a hiking group for 3 nights before the start of the season (March). We received a compliment for raising the room level. A nice hotel with a large territory. I managed to visit the sauna after a long walk in the rain half an hour before closing time, thanks to the staff for launching it. In general, the staff is friendly. The food is a buffet, you can find simple dishes for every taste. Desserts were snapped up very quickly. One of the disadvantages is very weak Wi-Fi in the rooms, traffic periodically dropped to zero.

I had a rest at the Nart Hotel in the middle of June this year. It was the first trip to Abkhazia and the first acquaintance with Gagra.
I booked a trip for 6 days through the tour operator Alean.
The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, the territory is well maintained, lots of greenery and flowers: palm trees, magnolias, jasmine. The view of Mamdzyshka Mountain, at the foot of which the hotel is located, especially captivated me.
There is a private promenade for watching sunsets. Its own access to the sea with sun loungers and umbrellas and beach towels (free for those staying at the hotel). It is advisable to buy aquashouses at sea, since the beach is sandy and pebbly. The entrance to the sea is steep in places and the bottom is covered with pebbles. There are shops near the hotel where such slippers cost about 800 rubles.
It is advisable to take cash on vacation, so it will be easier to pay in shops and on excursions.
The room has cosmetics (shampoo, shower gel, soap), slippers, bathrobes and towels, a clothes dryer(!). Daily the maids left a bottle of still water.
There is a mini fridge with freezer. I had a room on the ground floor with a shared terrace overlooking the sea. In the evenings it is calm, cool and safe. In the cafe of national cuisine "Apatkha" a DJ played in the evenings, there was modern music and live vocals.
You can buy a guided tour on site. I took Ritsa and Evening Gagra to the lake.
The Swedish line restaurant has a varied menu. You won't stay hungry. However, for vegetarians or those who follow a strict diet, the choice will not be great.
Of the cons: on the first day of arrival, I took a salad at dinner, which was not the first freshness. And in the middle of the rest, I poisoned myself with something from the dishes of the dining room and spent the whole day lying down. And according to rumors, there was more than one. She was saved by sorbents.
If you have a weak digestive tract, treat your choice of dishes with caution.
The spa center has a free large deep indoor pool (where only a couple of people swam in the evenings during the entire rest period), a Finnish sauna and a hammam.
Separately about the checkpoint: a group transfer took you from Sochi airport to the hotel. The arrival was at one o'clock in the afternoon. We waited for the car for about half an hour. We spent at least an hour and a half at the border. The entire journey from the airport to the hotel took 4 hours. There was a minivan for 8 people back. The trip was comfortable and the whole way from the hotel to the airport took two hours.
Recommendation: take water and something to eat with you. Dress according to the weather (especially in summer, so as not to get heatstroke). There is a toilet at the border.
Entry/exit was on a Russian passport.
Separately, I would like to warn those who will fly to Smartavia. Choose a bag strictly according to their parameters. I was flying without luggage and on the way back my bag did not fit into their calibrator, I had to pay for extra hand luggage to a representative of the company, or they were taken off the flight.
Overall, the vacation was a great success. If you are going to Gagra for the first time, then the Nart Hotel is definitely the best value-for-money solution for you and your family.
