Gagra, the territory of the Nart boarding house, is one of the most beautiful corners of nature. A large area, surrounded by greenery. The buffet, excellent food, the rooms are slowly being updated, and everything is fine. For 3 years, I rested in this beauty. I wish prosperity to this boarding house.

08/20/2020 I made a reservation at the Booking office with check-in 03-13.09.2020, received confirmation. The family has two adults, two children. I made everyone happy... I bought plane tickets on 21.09. On Monday, 24.09 in the evening, I received a letter from the hotel asking me to cancel the reservation with a reference to some "technical reasons", I called with a question - in response I received a complete nonsense about setting up an urgent overhaul of the building.
And this is in the midst of the tour season... Well, of course, yes... Reservation number 3658762168
Disregard and complete lack of professionalism.

This boarding house has one of the best locations in Gagra. A huge territory, which, unfortunately, is rather poorly used - the lack of funds from the owner is clearly visible.
We vacationed there for the first time back in 2006, we really liked it, after that we came several more times - but, unfortunately, I must say that little has changed there since then.
Nart is a beautiful sea and beach, a wonderful and slowly decaying park area, and a warm-hearted attitude of the staff. Oh, yes - and "Apatkha", mind you-the national cafe.
But there is almost nothing else there.

A big plus is that the sea is nowhere closer! At dawn, he left the building of the iiiii... that's happiness, I don't want to swim in the purest, crystal clear water (there is no such clear water in more than one Black Sea resort). The hotel itself is a la the deep 80s. Entering the building, you immerse yourself completely in that time - parquet floors, rooms in a row, huge chess in the lobby, lack of wi-fi in the rooms (we were lucky))) we had room 311, if anything😉), even the smell of that time))) . Beautiful, well-groomed territory, quite a decent dining room. Unfortunately, not without pitfalls (((, there is a high probability of catching some kind of infection in the hottest month of summer - August.
