I had a rest in May 2023. When buying a tour to this boarding house, it was stated in the voucher and on the website that there is an indoor and an indoor swimming pool. In fact, only the open one worked, and then the water in it was +22 when measured. Then they changed on the website that it will work from June. There were not fresh products on the declared so-called buffet - sour mashed potatoes, bread with mold. The rooms are visually good, new. But the room was poorly cleaned, I found sevens and someone's nails on the floor. There is nothing open on the territory at 21 pm, no restaurant, no bar. There's nothing to do. They wanted to sit by the sea with the child, but the shislongs were under lock and key. We paid 19600 for 2 days. For that kind of money, you could have a much better vacation elsewhere. I will not come again and I do not recommend it.

, the third: the administration is irresponsible, when they checked into the room on the first day, we were told to wait until 14:00, even in the voucher it is written at 12:00 check-in, as a result we had time for breakfast at the hotel, as we arrived early enough, as a result we were given a bracelet in order to go to lunch, and we were not checked into the hotel at that time, we sat on the sofas for 6 hours, did not eat, did not sleep, there was no toilet it was observed on the first floor,
the fourth was tolerated: the food in the dining room was monotonous, not tasty, there were dried, hard fruits and the same vegetables, the choice of food was small, there were never enough tables, people walk with plates and do not know where to sit.
Fifth: the administration does not inform about everything related to the hotel, you have to guess.

We were on vacation with my husband. On day 3, rotavirus was caught and half of the rest was on the smarka. Complete unsanitary conditions in the dining room. We do not recommend this hotel to rest, because it will be spoiled. The staff working at the hotel do not know how to do the service and do not want to. Room cleaning on the "fuck off". The score is the lowest just for that. The hotel itself is not bad and the territory is beautiful, the views from the window are gorgeous, but everything else completely covers all the advantages.

One of the advantages of the old building is the huge terraces overlooking the sea and the garden
Of the cons- not very fresh plumbing, there is always water in the shower, it does not go away, and the toilet tank is flowing
They clean every day, cleanly, with a soul, change of linen every three days, towels are soft and fresh!
The extra bed (cot) is very uncomfortable, we slept with three children on the bed.
I liked the food very much, everything is delicious, modest, but tasteful, no French fries and overcooked nuggets. It is healthy and tasty for children and adults..vegetables, fruits,salads, soups
There are no juices, but there are excellent fruit drinks, very tasty.
For coffee lovers, unfortunately, there is no joy in instant coffee, but you can buy custard in the restaurant.
The beach is clean, the sun beds are very comfortable, there is enough space for everyone
There is entertainment for adults and children
Near the hotel, 7 minutes on foot, there are shops, a pharmacy, an ATM a little further away. Few places accept cards, it is better to take cash with you

From the staff - the most adequate are the maids, if you have something missing in the room, the reception will not help you, you need to contact directly to the maid.
We rented a junior suite with a sea view, in the first building, on the fifth floor. The renovation is fresh, beautiful and clean. That's where the advantages ended) Yes, the buffet is not bad, but not Turkey and not Europe
We had a family vacation, 2 children of 14 years and 4 months. The elevator to the fifth floor didn't work for some reason. After checking in, an additional set of bed linen was not brought to the room, after contacting the reception, they brought it, but without a duvet cover, repeated treatment did not give any result, they met the maid, after 5 minutes the duvet cover was in place. They also could not get a third cup from the reception in the room, again the maid brought it after the meeting)) and added that there should be 4 cups in our room at all. Shampoos and all these bath accessories, also only for two people, we use only our own, so it's not scary, but still..
One morning, the faucet dried up until the evening, neither wash nor rinse ... sorry) again, the question at the reception. and in response, what we can do is a citywide shutdown. So, whether you pay 26t per day or 4t, you wash out of the bottle the same way. Why pay more!?) but some hotels are more prudent, and they have multi-ton water tanks for such cases!

Hello! We just arrived. We drove at our own risk, because old photos are posted on the sites. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised, well, very pleased. We had building 5, number 506. Just great, two windows, one with a direct view of the sea directly from the bed, and a side window with a side view of the sea and mountains. The room has snow-white linen, the latest furniture, a kettle, even the film has not been removed from the TV. There is beautiful vegetation on the territory of the hotel, almost all the main plants of Abkhazia. A magnificent beach with sun beds and umbrellas. Very tasty, clear food, great homemade cakes. The cook is just great!!! The food is thought out to the smallest detail, because rotavirus does not sleep on the Black Sea, there are always porridges on water and broths for all meals. Special thanks to the maid on the fifth floor (name on F, I don't remember, unfortunately). She is very kind, understanding and courteous. When the child was unwell, at my request, she washed the bathroom twice and disinfected the door handles. Now the area around the hotel is being landscaped, but next year it will be a very cool hotel, not inferior to the Western five. There is no intrusive animation, constant loud music in this hotel, no one reaches into your pocket for money for services rendered.

A very large area. There is a private beach. Several low-rise buildings with interesting architecture. As well as a dining room, a sports ground, there is an apatcha on the territory (you don't have to go to restaurants, they cook very tasty and inexpensive here).
It is suitable for a relaxing holiday - there is no fuss and noise here.
Of the minuses, Wi-Fi does not catch on the entire territory of the boarding house.

The holiday home is wonderful! We had a rest 2 years ago. It's not a room, it's an entire apartment, in a building. Living room with upholstered furniture, large table, TV, refrigerator, 2 bedrooms, balcony with sea view, huge bathroom with hot water. Each room has a split. The whole area is surrounded by greenery, palm trees. The food was separate, there was a cafe nearby! The beach is the first line
