The scale of the offices was impressive, but for such specialists it was not a problem. This is the second time we have used the services of this company and we always will! I was looking for copper, but I found gold! Thank you🫶🏻

On 22.03.25, at 13.00, we ordered a car for 2 hours with 2 movers (262 rubles). At 13.10, we had to dial the manager OURSELVES, since there was no car. When calling about being late, the manager apologized and said that they were late because they were finishing the previous order. When asked why no one called to warn, he remained silent. However, the movers themselves stated that they called the manager and found out that she had mixed up the days and our order was the next day. They blame each other, but it is unclear who is right. As a result, the car arrived at 13.40. The furniture was packed in a bubble wrap, things were in boxes and the top/ bottom / equipment were signed, BUT they threw these boxes as they pleased, and this was taking into account the fact that they partially managed to keep track of what they were throwing and what they were putting on. There were no fasteners in the car, so the boxes and things were rolling, as indicated by the scuff marks on the boxes. The loading speed was normal, since the guy became a 3rd loader and there was no chance to call. It's clear that we didn't have to help, BUT we were running out of time, we expected to finish the move before 15. After the movers took the mattress out of the apartment (the last thing) we immediately took a taxi to the delivery point, taking the fragile things with us, took them to the apartment, waited for them to arrive, and they arrived, began to smoke at the entrance, and dial? Should I tell you that I'm already here? They had a room and it turned out that they were waiting for us, they thought we hadn't arrived yet. The journey took +- 1.20 hours, taking into account the "3 movers", a 4 km route, a smoke break and throwing boxes. Conclusion: I would never recommend it, on the contrary, colleagues already know who not to contact. The only advantage was the manager, there was a polite girl. Otherwise, disrespect for other people's things.

04/16 in the morning, I ordered the bathroom to be unloaded into the house. To calculate the price, I reported the dimensions and weight (120kg) of the box. At 11:28 a.m., I paid 140 rubles, which were billed to me. At 12:22 p.m., I received a request to send me a photo of the bathtub. At 12:55, an employee of the Ant called me and said that the work would cost 400 rubles and the movers would arrive by 14:00. Kirill, the supervisor, who took my order in the morning, did not answer the phone even once, and I called a lot, finding myself with a bathroom, but without movers)) I wrote a message to the employee refusing to accept the price increase and asked for a refund. They sent them to my account. Despite the positive experience with Ant before, of course, I will never contact them again and I do not recommend it to anyone.…
