I was there yesterday, there was a queue of 4-5 people, then the cashier closes the blinds and puts a sign-for technical reasons it does not work and at the same time sits inside. I call the call center to find out if it will open at all, and they tell us the information has not been received since it closes, but she has it in 45 minutes.lunch, I insisted that they call and ask her if she was going to work at all. As a result, they called me back a minute later and replied that she had a "check" and it would open only after lunch, i.e. in 1.5 hours! And to put up a sign, for example, so that people know that it makes no sense to stand and wait, it's not fate, apparently. Well, the attitude towards customers is clear..
