I want to share my experience of servicing MT Bank. It is really a bank with excellent service and professional staff. Every time I visit the department, I am greeted warmly, all issues are resolved quickly and effectively. The staff is always polite, competent and ready to help, which makes the service process as comfortable as possible.
The only advice for those planning a visit to the bank is to try to avoid lunch time, as there are often long queues during this period. It is better to come in the morning or late in the evening to avoid a long wait.
In general, MT Bank leaves only positive impressions, and I recommend it to everyone who appreciates high-quality banking services.
30 minutes in the queue for the currency exchange, which I did not wait for. there is 1 cash register, the cashier (brunette) of the prk 1 is engaged in incomprehensible business, talking to the cashier of the prk 2, laughing, but not calling people, there was no break at that moment. the queue is not moving at all. People just leave. I do not recommend contacting them for currency exchange issues.

The department is open on weekends. This is where the advantages end., because it is not clear why. Without solving the issue by phone, the operator sent it to the department. After searching for information on the computer, although I voiced my question, they told me to come on Monday. The same thing happened at the next table, an elderly woman was asked to return on working days. Time is wasted.
An excellent branch of a good bank, their card is accepted in all countries. The service is not fast (as it is everywhere in Belarus), but sincere: they helped to figure it out and arranged everything qualitatively.
I came to issue a halva installment card. I waited in line for no more than 5 minutes, which is a good time for Minsk bank branches. The specialist Elizabeth served, very polite, told all the conditions on the map, helped to choose from two options. She also offered to arrange a cactus. In general, I was satisfied with visiting this department. I recommend it to everyone
I came to exchange 40 euros, they told me one bill was torn, the other was dirty. They advised me to exchange it at a vending machine, I didn't understand which one, but not at their place. I went out and changed it in the neighboring technobank without any problems and at the best rate for me. I did not like the service in this bank "MTBank". I don't like to write comments because I'm too lazy, but the staff has tried very hard here.
They refused to accept a $100 bill of a fresh issue, which has 1 small stamp on it. Those who often deal with currency know that such bills are not uncommon, and this is not something strange and scary. Previously, they accepted without problems, but now they have new rules - accepting foreign banknotes, without a single defect and even without traces of natural wear. That is, as the cashier said, "in perfect condition." Since I was always served on the network of this bank, it became extremely unpleasant for me because of this situation, because there are not so many ideal $, so I had only 5 out of 10 bills of various denominations in my wallet, which were in perfect condition for them, small bills and it is rare that they were in perfect condition They are in a good condition, since they walk more often than large ones.... Therefore, I will not bring any more currency to their bank. And when I receive foreign currency from them, or even Belarusian currency, I will look at the perfect condition, since I also have the right to do this as a consumer, otherwise they will get into trouble with defects, and other banks or abroad will refuse to accept this.

I do not advise you to deposit currency in this bank, because I believe that a bank expressing such whims does not need foreign currency and it is better to take it to other banks where it is needed. But I advise you to buy currency from them, but I also advise you to check it! If there are at least some subtle defects, change them immediately on the spot to another bill! They are for the ideal!!
Rudeness and incompetence!
The employee Andrey was completely incompetent in my question. As a result, a senior employee just stood over him and dictated every step.
This employee also showed incompetence in the issue of exchanging letters of guarantee between banks.
At some point, she even uttered the phrase "well, we didn't forget the card at the ATM."
And even the service for me did not prevent Andrey from being distracted by the women who came up without a coupon and their problem.
One of the three ticket offices is permanently closed. To change the currency in an electronic queue of four people, you need to wait at least half an hour. I advise you to avoid it so as not to waste your time. The electronic queue is not working correctly.
Lowered the score due to disabling the sound notification of the electronic queue on the weekend. The screen of the second currency exchange window is simply not visible from the sofa, which forced me to take another coupon. The service is always polite. The queue is always different, either there is no one, or such that I just turn around

I had to visit this department several times. It takes an awfully long time to wait for your turn to see a specialist. Out of 11 places, only 2-3 usually work (and this is at 18.00 - 20.00 when the main flow of people)!! To simply pick up a ready-made card, you need to sit for 1.5 hours
The most terrible department!!!! I've been sitting for more than an hour to get a salary card, the documents of which are filled out exactly!!!!!! 8 minutes!!!

Razvodilovo: I issued an "autocard" in order to refuel more profitably (as promised in the advertisement). As a result: cashback is less than 1%. They promised a minimum of 1%, and other "partners" promised up to 3%. For the "maintenance" of the card - 19 rubles. per year. They didn't pay off. Upon termination of the contract, 19 rubles were stripped off in 3 days of delay. a year in advance, although there will be no "maintenance" anymore.
