The guest house "Sea Stories" left an unforgettable impression on me! Cozy rooms with sea views, excellent service and friendly staff have created a unique atmosphere of comfort and coziness. I liked the hosts very much, they were always ready to help. I am very grateful to all the staff for their care and attention to the guests. I hope to come back here again and enjoy the sea stories once again!

Thanks a lot to Kristina and Shamil , we had a very good rest . We were greeted and placed in a great room and it was very comfortable and cozy - 1 minute to the sea. All trips and excursions are for 5+. Shamil's chacha and wine are just a masterpiece (I've never tasted this anywhere else). We had a very good rest and felt at home - very mentally. Thank you for your hospitality. We will definitely come back to you 👍😉

We had a family vacation in a 3-bed room on the 1st floor.
A good guest house - the sea is really very close. Cross the road and 50 meters and you 're on the spot 🤗🏝️the sea is clear - there aren 't many people , compared to Sochi, Adler and so on
The room is clean, linen, towels, refrigerator, air conditioning works great!
Nearby shops at every turn!
Kristina and Dali reacted quickly to any request 🥰 thank them very much for everything and for the warm conversations 🤗

Definitely NOT recommended! We had a rest in Sochi and decided to go on an excursion to Abkhazia for 3 days and chose this guest house according to high ratings, which I regretted a hundred times already.
The problems have already started with the landlord Kristina, it is simply unrealistic to contact her and solve the issues, she is online in WhatsApp, hardly picks up the phone and answers messages. Despite this, we took a chance and arrived and it turned out that there was no room. They didn't tell us about it right away, the administrator of the guest house and Kristina discussed something with each other and settled us in a neighboring guest house. The room suited us, so we kept silent and checked in, there were 2 adults and 2 children. We spent the night . The next day we went to rest for a nap with the children, we wake up from the fact that someone is banging on the door like crazy, we jumped up in fright and then we see the administrator of the house of marine stories, without explaining anything, she told us to urgently pack up and move to another guest house. My requests to spend the night in this room until the morning and we will check out immediately were categorically refused. Having hardly contacted the owner of the marine stories, Kristina, we were told that this could not be, these are two corps of marine stories and they have no right to sow us, and now Kristina's husband will come and figure it out. After that, we waited for about 2 hours, we did not wait for my husband, and the hostess Kristina stopped contacting us at all.
As a result, all our plans were disrupted that day, we packed up, moved in, there was no mood anymore. And as a bonus, the whole family fell down at night with signs of rotovirus, fever and vomiting.Upon eviction, they found out that the children were lying in the next room with the same symptoms.
In general, if you do not want to lose money, time, mood, thwarted plans and get a poisoning bonus, then bypass this guest house "Sea stories " side.

We paid for 2 rooms back in April. Upon arrival, the receptionist says we will check into the suite. We arrive, and the window is broken in it (in the video) and does not catch Wi-Fi. So there is no TV either because it is from the Internet. I tell the receptionist we had 2 rooms, why 1? She said that we need to wait until 17, the guests will move out and we will be settled in the second (we arrived at 14). At 17, she informs us that we need to wait until 19. At 19, the receptionist stopped opening the door.We called Kristina, she dropped it off and wrote to call me back later. The receptionist's friend came up well and called her. Only then would she open the door. We said that we would not live in a room without Internet, and asked to overpower it.She called Kristina and hung up. I explain to her that I would like to check into the rooms that we paid for. To which she just starts yelling:"what do you want, a suite was allocated to them, they are also unhappy." Arrange that we move out, and she returns the money, I hope she will return it. As a result, at 8 p.m. with the children and suitcases, I had to look for another place.
I supplement the review: a week later, the money was returned only with a fight. Sea stories proved to Yandex that we lived all the time. Do not contact this hotel.

Terrible hotel and staff attitude! We booked a room in April. They were supposed to stop by on July 13. For a day. They were beaten while passing through Gagra.
We arrived at the hotel at 8 a.m. We wanted to leave our things at the reception and go for a walk before check-in time. As a result, there is nowhere to leave things there. More precisely, it was suggested to leave them in the open communal kitchen. Where is the "passageway". Okay, they went for a walk with their things.
We arrive at 14:00 to go to the room and we can not find and not get through to the hostess Kristina for 30 minutes!!! After a while, a strange woman comes to pick us up and says that the air conditioner in the room where we were supposed to go broke and we were moved to a neighboring guest house. We go in there and stop just in horror on the doorstep of the room - a tiny dark room with old furniture. There are no facilities in the room. The "bathroom" is on the ground floor. It looks like a catacomb - a long gloomy narrow corridor with a toilet at the end and a shower hanging on the wall next to it. Without repair. And they wanted to move us into this beautiful room with the words that we won't find anything better now! The room was booked for 5500! What was offered to replace us did not cost more than 1000 per night! There was no apology. It's good that the money was returned without any problems.
P.S. We didn't stay in the room. We booked a wonderful hotel within a five-minute walk without any problems. With a clean room with all amenities and a very nice and friendly hostess. It's also cheaper by 1,500!!!
We are very sorry that we did not take a photo of the room and toilet. They were too shocked by the number and wanted to leave as soon as possible. By the way, none of the booking sites have this guest house. Otherwise, I would have left a review there.
Bottom line - NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! Otherwise, the whole vacation will be ruined!

Our room was already occupied by people from the street.To our outrage, we were just cursed (Kristina on the phone)Her husband Shamil promised that everything would be fine, but I realized that this man could not be trusted.So get it.It takes a long time to describe the whole problem. I do not recommend visiting this room.Abkhazian neighbors are shocked themselves.People, just don't think that Abkhazia has deteriorated.No.It's the bad people who recruited this place.

Disgusting "hotel"!!! I'll start incrementally: the check-in was delayed for an hour, there is a "no smoking" sign in the common kitchen, the result is that the staff smokes there, they ordered an "improved 4-bed room", as a result they settle in a 3-bed room, which is 6 thousand cheaper and bring an extra bed. When asked why this was the case, whether it was possible to move us to the room that we paid for on the website or refund the difference, the administrator Kristina, running away, shouted in response: "all our rooms are standard" the money was not returned! There is no Internet in the room and it smells damp, a hair dryer, a washing machine and an iron are shared.

We arrived , waited 30 minutes for the room to be ready
Upon arrival, the room is not ready for 4 people (there was no bed), they showed the second building with a toilet on the street.
As a result, they refused because there were no amenities in the room (everything was in the hotel card )
In fact, it is a type of hostel.
The sea is within walking distance and there are many shops nearby, there were no problems with parking either (even on the street, even in the courtyards)

There were difficulties with settling in. There were no double rooms, they were settled in a 4-bed room on the ground floor. Maybe higher is normal. But the ground floor is just awful! Mold, musty, cold, humid air, old bedding, terrible mattresses, moldy towels. I definitely do not recommend at least one floor
