The staff is polite but very slow. We ordered two breakfasts and sweet pancakes with tea and lemonade. We took a French breakfast first, then lemonade, then tea, pancakes and only at the end an omelet. There are no questions about food. But berry tea is black tea with lemon and syrup and the price for a normal tea with real berries in Tashkent. The ice cream is normal without complaints, in general, it was more upset than it was reduced 3.5 out of 5

A worthy place.
But the leadership is the weakest point of it.
I was choosing a dessert, the head is suitable here, I see the director / or someone from heaven for this institution.
He got into our conversation without apologies, started discussing the working moment with an employee! And here I stand thinking, are you adequate???? It seems that here a visitor is trying to choose a dessert for himself, and you just came up and distracted him from work. I've already ruined my appetite... Choke on it.

Attentive Russian-speaking staff (and this turns out not to be the case everywhere). The waiters have a culture of communication, there is no Tajik gap about their own for the whole hall. I most often went to them for breakfast. Overall, I liked the place. All the waiters are attentive guys, only because of the specificity of the location of the halls I had to go look for a waiter to calculate. And so-very much so.

The standard scheme is: they bring a terminal for payment, they do not bring the invoice itself.
I had to torture the waiter for a long time to explain where such a sum came from. After much arguing, they returned some of the money.
The coffee is terrible, don't take anything more complicated than cappuccino.
