In the confusion, I forgot to ask about the receipt, and the courier had already left, leaving only the warranty card. When unpacking the phone, I found that the charging plug was not for our sockets (as they later explained to me, the courier had to give me an adapter). I call the seller and the courier, no one picks up the phone, I call the number in the warranty, I can hear in the handset that such a number does not exist. I went to the official website and was able to get through anyway. They told me that the receipt and the charging adapter would be delivered later, they brought it in a couple of hours, but I had to go outside myself to get them. As a result, turning on the phone, I noticed an unpleasant feature, it turned out to be without NFC, which was later confirmed by their "specialist", although you do not need to be any "specialist" for this. And then the interesting thing began, they did not react to the request to settle the issue quickly, they say that they are about to, but they themselves are silent, do not call or write until you dial it yourself, they cannot quickly find a replacement phone, and they can only return the money for it within 7 days, although they are ready to pick up the phone at least right now, and I just have to leave Filkin's letter that he was taken away, that is, I find myself without money and without a phone for 7 days. This is just an absurdly terrible situation and I really regret that I got involved with this unfortunate online store!
It's not the first time I've shopped in this store, everything was fine. In early February, I ordered a Poco F5 12/256 mobile phone. During further operation, a couple of days after purchase, a bulge was noticed under the screen (touchscreen). I turned to the seller, they said to take me to the service center at Myasnikov 78-65. The phone stayed there for about a month. The answer of the service center is that this is not a factory defect and it does not affect the work, contact the seller! On the phone in the service, the girl said that everything would be exactly right for me, there was no defect in the conclusion, that only hours would lie in vain. The seller guaranteed that the service would only do diagnostics, but in fact they changed the firmware, after which the watch began to behave strangely and sometimes not adequately. I called the seller, the seller said that he could not help in any way, that this was not his problem, the service gave a conclusion and that's it, and you use it as you want. I really regret that I contacted this particular store, there turned out to be a very dishonest seller.
