The office of horns and hooves. Before you order anything here, think 100 times about whether you are ready to wait six months for the assembly of your furniture. The prices are the same as those of competitors, but the production time is simply cosmic. Support constantly tells tall tales about the complexity of work and deadlines, it is unclear who is communicating with at all. At first, the girl answered, then apparently she got tired of making excuses and switched to another employee, who in turn switched to the deliveryman, who doesn't know what he's talking about at all. The agreed delivery time is constantly being disrupted and postponed, and it is very difficult to achieve anything definite. Plus, in the end, they are still trying to impose the cost of delivery and assembly separately, and supposedly make a discount, although at first it was agreed that both delivery and assembly are already included in the total cost of the product. In general, it's a pity for the time and nerves spent, if there was an opportunity, I would never have contacted this office. I will add my review if my long-awaited sofa is finally delivered to me.

We have been waiting for the sofa for 3 months, the 4th one went, at the time of ordering they gave the DEADLINE - the end of February, as a result they started to feed us with breakfasts: either they do not have the necessary fabric available, or the mechanisms are imported, although at the time of ordering no one said about it, they "everything was fine". Now the deadline is April (and that's not a fact), just think about it! the calculation was for February, in fact, the expectation is for the whole of March and April for an unknown number of days. We called the production several times, to no avail: no one says anything clearly, "well, you understand ..." - we don't understand and we don't want to understand. The consultant gave us deadlines that they didn't meet, and now they're trying to make us look guilty, it's a complete mess. And most importantly, they took the prepayment (1/3 of the payment) without remorse, I wouldn't be surprised if the deadlines for April are overstepped, so where are they in a hurry. The attitude to the client is 0, they are sent from one person to another, but in fact no one can say anything or does not want to! Awful. I urge everyone to give preference to other furniture manufacturing companies, because THIS one will only exhaust your nerves with their problems, just to postpone the deadlines.
Out of 5 stars, you deserve all MINUS five, terrible sales for you!
UPD. I am correcting the information on 04/15/25 They reached the last day of delivery, they wanted to heat up the delivery cost (85p), on the agreed delivery day their car "broke down", as a result, the sofa was delivered at 22 hours. It would be possible to put a negative mark - I would.
UPD. 05/06/25 The response to the store's review is below. They recorded all the inconvenient moments of the store's day with phone calls, which are also on the record! It's just a pity you can't attach it! Otherwise, everyone would have appreciated your communication with clients and your promises, your edits ala "in words I am Leo Tolstoy." Delivery was originally scheduled during the daytime, before 2 p.m., and your deliverymen were willing to take apart the sofa in the stairwell themselves, because the organization was initially warned that the sofa must be completely disassembled, otherwise it simply would not fit into the vestibule! But no, for some reason they put it together in 2 parts and decided "what if it passes" (but it didn't pass, imagine). No one disassembled the DOORS, as you wrote, but the SOFA was disassembled, the fact that it did not go into the VESTIBULE (which you were warned about) obviously did not find the problem! Moreover, normal organizations deliver their positions on time (according to you, after the change from 12-14 hours, it became 19-20 hours, but not 22 hours and later, or do you want to say that your miracle workers disassembled and assembled it for 2+ hours? Although with your level of preparation for completing orders, 2 hours is probably considered fast).
Your contract is toilet paper, which specified a period of 60-85 days, not 100, as you are writing now, and you said about 85 WORKING days after making the first part of the payment, and not before that, because there was a conversation about 60-85 calendar days BEFORE, I can send you a second copy back to you could use it even at 22 o'clock and later ;) Are you misleading people by relying on a contract you've never seen before? Otherwise, it's hard for me to explain the motivation to challenge the obvious shoals (for example, a 10-hour delay in delivery). Moreover, we initially discussed the issue of paying for delivery, to which YOUR consultant replied that delivery and assembly are included in the price. As for the delivery itself - the "couriers" left the apartment at half past 11 a.m. with the words "we don't work here at all" - I wonder who you hire then and what people do at the address if they are not related to your office??? There are more questions than answers.
I can only agree on one thing - it would be much easier and faster to buy a ready-made sofa, which, by the way, is manufactured at PinskDrev (although the organization was declared as "own production", and confirmed in the call), if you just warn people in advance that you are just a reseller's desk, not a company.

He started calling at 19:30 - they say they didn't bring him from Borisov (I'm in Minsk), then we talked again, it turns out he's not ready yet. The contract is valid from January 1st! The sofa has been made for half a year! The campaign will have to take place in commonly. to protect consumer rights, contact competent lawyers there, they will help you get some kind of compensation.

But even this time was not enough to fulfill the order. If you encounter the same problem, do not be fooled by the terms of the contract in case of a delay in order fulfillment. In violation of the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Belarus, they wrote very nice conditions for themselves: 0.1% of the amount for the day of delay, but no more than 10%. Gorgeous! Please know that according to the law, the amount of the penalty is at least 1% per day of delay, and there are no restrictions on the amount! Demand compliance with the law, do not allow yourself to be so blatantly deceived.
