any airport in capital of any country must be great services this if any country but russia not any country so must be all airports worker must be professional i hope that in future all this munice will disappear

My favorite airport of Moscow, quite small and comfortable. The easiest to reach by car, the only airport that has a metro station inside, not very busy nowadays.
The only airport I know that has a business lounge reachable just after check-in, before passing the security check, with a separate security check for guests. Once I visited the lounge with a guest, who was not going to fly anywhere, just comfortable meeting before my flight. Another advantage is the 50% discount for children.

Quick, convenient access. There was a rude girl that checked me in at the Turkish airlines desk. I hope she had since changed her rude behavior

In the airport of vnukovo in the duty free for domestic flights i wasn't able to get tobacco in any form i do u understand the fact that it's about being health positive, and all.about healthy way of living but in that case there should not be tobacco in airport at all the issue appears just for domestic flights can anyone please explain this ridiculous attitude.

Horrible treatment. We have payed online for our seats, and when came to register we were given the wrong seats. We have come on time and had the receipts of the purchase. Despite that we were told that the flight is fully bucked.
Horrendous.

Neat and clean airport. Every faculty including Musjid is there! Friendly staff. Have Yandex translate ready in case if you get stuck. I have used Yandex maps, go and translate every minute during my 7 days stay at Moscow and made my visit a breeze.

Awful and irresponsible service and staffs. My flight has been delaying for 3 hours and unclear how many they will extend it. I don't offer this airport for guests of they do not have other options.
