When I wanted to buy a clarinet I looked online and thankfully the place I had chosen didn't have any clarinets. I googled and ended up at this place. They were surprised someone who knew nothing about clarinets was making this choice. They sold me a Yamaha 252, a plastic reeds, and some 1 and 1.5 reeds. They showed me how they played the clarinet, and wished me luck. One month later I was back at the shop with my cleaning cloth jammed in my clarinet. They removed it, charged me nothing, gave me a better cleaning cloth and sent me home. Three years later I play a vintage Yamaha 62. I recently dropped it (don't tell the repair guy) and I brought it here to be repaired. They repaired it and charged me 1000 roubles for lots of work. These guys are specialists in woodwind instruments. They are not working for money. I still play the Yamaha 252 they sold me sometimes because it has such a great sound. In fact, I brought it in to them today to change one pad. The Yamaha 252 they sold me is a beauty. I love it. And I can never sell it even though I now play a professional Yamaha 62. These guys really care. They are all woodwind specialists. Sometimes they have interesting mouthpieces. It is always worth going to the shop in person because they might have something interesting that isn't on the website yet.
This is a strangely beautiful place. The setting, that clearance in the forest, with the light through the trees. It's a magic place.
Take a picnic, stay a while
I fell in love with this cafe.
The omelette with the side of beef is perfect.
And the sausage soup.
I got a takeout of croissants here multiple times and they have their own types of chocolate.
Ate here many times.
An excellent omelette.
This place is good when it's open. It opens are strange times, a day here, a day there, with weeks in-between when it is open. You never really know, you just get lucky sometimes. Good pizza here. I want another one. I've been waiting 12 days. Maybe I will get lucky one day.
I loved this park anyway because it's classy, and closer to Tatyshev in feel but I love it more now because my band played at the Moscow Latin Festival here just a few days ago. This park is much larger than you realise at first because behind the cafe is even more park.
