Clean, neat, with reasonable prices, the buildings are old, but after repair, I did not encounter rudeness and unprofessionalism of the staff. Do not expect anything supernatural, because this is a state institution
The hospital itself is good and modern. But the medical staff is a separate topic. Or we were unlucky. My wife gave birth to her eldest daughter there (broken collarbone) An operation was performed in gynecology (something went wrong again, a neighboring organ was touched) As a result, I spent all the New Year holidays there. Therefore, there is nothing positive.
The fifth day there is no connection with the department. There is no way to find out about the condition of an elderly person. No one comes to the phone 3275496, 3800369. Gastro department, 4th floor. Valentina
I have been in the 2nd microsurgery department several times! Very good doctors and honey.Sister! Of course, I heard from grandmothers that all the staff is so-so, they don't want to measure the pressure, then drip their eyes, etc! Well, I didn't feel it personally, after the operation they came to me at night several times, and they called for procedures, sometimes they came with injections themselves! In general, there are no complaints! On the other hand, they can be understood, they do not have two, not three people who need to be monitored for their procedures!
The whole story was in the middle of April 2018 - the end of April 2018.
There is no toilet paper in the third hospital in Minsk (people have diarrhea for 2-3 days from medications without details and comments, you can imagine).
When checking in, bed linen is changed, but mattresses with a film on top are not wiped, which are either in blood, or in vomit, or something else at least 3 spots in different places (it remains to be hoped that the patient did not suffer from tuberculosis, etc.) on the claim of unsanitary conditions on mattresses, I was told that you have on the bed two sweatshirts that you've decomposed here. To which I replied, I came to you for treatment, aren't you ashamed? There was no response.
There is no good ventilation in the room where the patients are lying, although it is at the bottom of the supply and at the top of the exhaust, but it does not work. When it was + 15 outside and the room was very hot and stuffy, they tried to ventilate the room themselves at least 1-2 times a day. Since there are a lot of bedridden and colds, you don't get much air, drafts with all the consequences.
In the ward, ventilation and quartzization were carried out 3 times a day, we ourselves turned on quartzization 1-2 times during the whole time. Quartz movement into the room by the hospital staff was not observed in any way and was not recommended. It is possible that the presidential decree on energy saving was carried out. The quartz cabinet has never been wiped from the top..... It was covered in dust. Since it is not possible to reach even with an outstretched arm.
The wards are relatively not bad, you can see they were painted throughout the year. There is an emergency button in the wards, however, only near one bed (if you have the wrong bed and you feel sick and no one hears about it nearby, your neighbors can sleep, then you know how it can end) no one came to call a doctor or the Ministry of Emergency Situations after pressing it (we decided to check)….
There are windows in the ward that are most likely frozen in winter, there is mold on them (in the pulmonary department, please note) no one touched the window sill to comment on mold.
It is also very inconvenient lighting for old and little mobile people, not above all beds, but if there is, it is very high to get men 65-80 years old to turn on the light with a crutch (Maybe a new program to increase demand for crutches -buy a crutch and turn on the light)))) by the way, because of this, one old man wanted to go to the toilet at night, but did not turn on the light either from weakness or from inconvenience, and so he got up, hooked the bedside table and fell (children can read without details) hitting the back of his head. After that, at 3 a.m., I call the nurse and she tells me to help me roll this man into the emergency room for a skull scan, I first told her to contact the administration of you know who .......... Hi will come and help, of course I helped her, but if I had hurt him on the way? Upon arrival at the emergency department, there were at least 3 men and there were no people in the waiting room (those three healthy men in the emergency department and there are no patients) and the healthiest one with pneumonia is taking the second patient for an X-ray, take a comedy (I remembered about the cartoon broken is not broken lucky, but this is not the case). This is due to the fact that the doctor does not have an emergency button so that the man on duty at the hospital would help her - nonsense. It was all over by 3:40 and the whole ward still hadn't fallen asleep.
You can also say that the bedside tables are very small, no things to put there is no closet for things. Everyone goes outside to smoke, and then they come and hang this miracle on a hanger that smells like gladioli. The fact that adequate people smoked in the toilets after 2200 is normal as without it, but in view of the fact that there is no normal ventilation anywhere, the noise in the toilet went off scale with smoke and feces.
Another nuance is that the second staircase was always closed after 2200. In case of fire, this nurse might have opened the stairs or maybe not, it's good that there are no shutters on the windows 2nd floor, but the windows open only for a crack of 10cm, that is, there would be no chance to jump out of a burning hospital.
If you go to take a shower, the lighting in the men's shower turns on when you enter the toilet, the shower turns out to be a walk-through toilet. And so you wash yourself for 80 years, someone went to the toilet and turns off the keys and voila, one of them is yours. And you are in an embrace with a shower and in complete darkness, or almost complete, the lanterns on the street warm your soul) There is a bad slope on the floor and the water is standing. There is no rubber carpet that would not slip and not get killed in the shower. Even when you go to the shower and toilet, there are 2-3cm thresholds like old people and in wheelchairs to get there without a barrier in the heat.
I can also say that a man died in our ward, he had been ill for a long time, rest in peace, perhaps after experiencing all this I decided to write my cry of the soul about healthcare in the Republic of Belarus. It happened on the weekend, the man was suffocating, the doctor on duty came running almost instantly, we did not notice 2-3 minutes. There was an injection in the heart, a heart massage, etc. we all went out and the doctor saved the patient by closing the door. From all the above, I can say to die in the hospital on a weekend and at night is an order of magnitude higher – this person needed a tube and oxygen resuscitation, but before resuscitation, as I understood 5-10 minutes and this is in a neighboring building, another 2-3 large doctors need a cart to load the patient and quickly take him to the intensive care unit. But this did not happen, of course, and there are no employees, emergency buttons for contacting departments if the staff is already small, and I forgot the patient took the patient to the picture at night and it was necessary to assemble a detachment of volunteers from the patients and take the dying patient to the intensive care unit - everything fits only then where is the budget money and why do we need the Lord of the rings with his We can also say
that during inhalation procedures, there was a household inhaler for home use, inhalers one of them did not work at all, although it was offered as a worker and you sit and think and why doesn't anything mumble) although the motor is running at the inlet, the tubes were clogged with something like a bandage, but this did not help him. In our polyclinic No. 7, the bicycle factory has 15-30% of the new medical devices, the rest is sad.
From the good I can say that there were very good people in the dining room, not all of them, but there were. When there was a meal, all the chambers ran into one room, after which it was problematic to sit down with few chairs in a small room. Perhaps it would be better to feed the girls first and then the boys with an interval of 5-10 minutes. Food was also placed in metal army plates. They were very low and it felt like you were eating almost on the floor.
Thanks to the doctors on the ground floor who do physical therapy. In general, thanks to all the doctors that they are still holding out, but whether it is necessary to hold on and endure beggarly salaries and create an image of indifference to patients because of them is not all of course. Where were you on May 1st at the cottage, maybe you needed to go outside? Or are you afraid of losing a salary of 600 rubles. Well, yes, I forgot, we have a system in medicine that works past the cash register, so people are treated, everything is OK from above, but this is not accurate..... I didn't give it, well, how lucky I am. I hope I have not offended any of the doctors as I am and I am writing. Everyone should not get sick and go to Sochi and the Arab Emirates on vacation.

The place is squalid. The scoop comes out from everywhere. But the doctors are incredible. A very good attitude and visible professionalism. Five stars ONLY because of the doctors.
