Attentive staff, one of the best surgeries in the city (I'm talking about doctors, not about conditions). The conditions are so-so, yes, it's not a Hilton, but quite tolerable
It just so happened that she was supposed to give birth in the 2nd maternity hospital, but because of covid, plans changed and she came to give birth in the top three. And how happy I am that everything turned out that way! Excellent attitude and attention from doctors, midwives. They patiently and clearly explained how to behave in childbirth, how to breathe, how to push (everything that I read and taught before in childbirth completely disappeared from my head). Exactly the same attentive attitude in the postpartum department. Thank you very much)

I had to swallow a probe there, a wonderful doctor and nurse, a good attitude towards patients.
Somehow old age suddenly came, I was found to have an age-related cataract and I ended up in a hospital named after him. Klumova is in Microsurgery Department No. 1. The contingent of patients - 70+, 80+, 90+ in wheelchairs, with canes, Alzheimer's disease, dementia, with altered psyche, requiring specific attention. Those who have elderly parents know how difficult it is with us and how moody we are. I was amazed at all the medical staff, with what love, patience and attention they treated us. The intensity of the doctors' work is simply inhuman - from 8 a.m. they receive new patients, then they examine patients who have already had surgery the day before, then they run to the operating room to do new operations. And how much paperwork - appointments, medical records, discharge recommendations, etc. The junior medical staff cleans the wards, helps to take patients out of the operating room on gurneys, delivers food to those who cannot walk, nurses give injections, bury their eyes and all day long there is such a whirlwind. I lay there and thought, in the name of what is this being done? For this meager salary? A vocation? This is not just a vocation, it is at the genetic level, an ancient hospital of the 19th century, the legendary Dr. Klumov and the whole team are imbued with this spirit. I read reviews about the hospital of my compatriots - large wards, poor beds, one bathroom per floor, poor nutrition, etc. My dear ones, but in these conditions, after all, all medical workers work for pennies. There is information on the Internet about a women's forum where inadequate women kissed the president. According to approximate estimates, it took 146.5 thousand BEL. rubles to organize and hold the women's forum in the Minsk Arena (excluding artists' fees, transportation of residents and various paraphernalia). It's called wasting money. It is a pity that our health ministers work like soldiers, following orders, and not with their own mind, experience, flair, and heart. I would give this money to the hospital. Dear doctors. Thank you for your sensitivity, patience and care, and I bow low to you for your hard work. And of course, I would like to thank the attending physician Olga Alexandrovna Ostrovskaya, head of the department, surgeon Lyudmila Vladimirovna Dulub, doctor of the highest category, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Lyudmila Nikolaevna Marchenko, MD, Professor, head of the Department of Eye Diseases.
Ward 306, Natalia Petrovna Istomina
I was lying in the gynecology department. I thank the doctors for their help. Doctors from God.
It was in the third building. On the second floor.
Thanks
The city Ophthalmology Center. Cito was sent from the polyclinic to the laser center.
Thanks to the staff, the eye was quickly examined and it was decided to have a laser operation. All in one visit, quickly and painlessly.
Please pay attention! On January 13, 2021, my mother died. She was lying in the first therapeutic building in pulmonology, in room 205.Diagnosed with bilateral pneumonia, coronavirus infection. After dinner, she suddenly became ill, the doctors could not save her. The doctor on duty who provided her with emergency care in the ward refused to communicate with us .That is, we don't know anything about what happened that evening. The situation raises a lot of questions and there is a suspicion, was the right help and assistance provided at all? There were 5 people in the room who saw everything that was happening.
I was admitted with lung replenishment. And that would be all right, if they hadn't immediately put me in the box with patients with COVID 19. Even though I took it maybe the day before hospitalization and told the doctors negatively. And it would be nothing, but the sanitation is complete, nothing is disinfected, it is not processed, the food may be nothing if it is hungry, but it is always cold. The washbasin and toilet bowl, the shower is not even washed. The attitude of the junior medical staff leaves nothing better to give.Question. Why do they put newly admitted people in a ward with a virus!? Probably for the indicators!?. In short, guys, therapy sucks, as does the system of Belarus as a whole. There are doctors with well-washed brains (by the same system), and a couple of normal ones who can't do anything. If I take someone here healthy, then you can leave here with an involid, 3rd. no. exactly.
Hello, today I was on issues with the eye, an incorrect diagnosis was made in my city! Immediately, everything is on top and the staff itself is very professional and treats people humanely, I was very glad and pleasantly surprised. Thank you DOCTORS, you are always our last hope
My son was being treated. The building itself is in a disgusting state. There are no conditions. I hope I will not meet with the staff with whom I had to communicate more. I'm sure this is an isolated case! Our doctors are the best!!!
From January 29 to February 5, she was kept in the infectious diseases department. I was without a fever, and girls with temperatures were lying with me in ward 2. There is little space, it is cramped.Well, how is that? CTG was recorded in the examination room, and on the left the doors of the Delivery room. Yeah, I've seen enough of the placenta and the mess at the nurses' station. I felt like a surrogate mother (although I am not one), the attending physician left quickly on rounds, I listened to discussions about the PO and the new boss at the ultrasound examination, but no one told me my weight and height. I only found out my test results when the anxiety started and tears just flowed. Tears of misunderstanding, why am I being kept in the hospital, and at that time I was drinking only iron 3 times a day. It was only when they saw my condition that everyone realized and started prescribing unnecessary injections to me. And that's when I wrote the refusal of treatment. Awful.
After leaving there, I solved the issue of changing the maternity hospital in two days, and I did it! I won't give birth at 3.
I believe that only a doctor with higher qualifications/ experience can evaluate the work of a doctor, and not like a janitor, a collective farmer, a salesman, an engineer, etc. A clinical hospital, in any case, is not a CRH.
Everything was fine with me, except that I was misdiagnosed and almost cut.
But a neighbor on the ward had a miscarriage for a long time (5-6 months), she gave birth in the ward for 3 hours, the girls ran around calling doctors, but no one came up, did not help. So she gave birth with us. Only in the last few minutes did the doctor and the nurses come to pick up the fetus and take it away to clean it. The horror! It was Saturday-apparently there was no one to work. Thank God there were no pregnant women in the ward - the sight was not for the faint of heart.
A good hospital, professional specialists, in particular the surgical department. If only the stitches were done more carefully and the inspection was done faster in the morning, then everything would be great.
I got to give birth at night on a disgusting shift. The birth was like hell.such people as I have come across do not belong to work in such an institution
Doctors are professionals, probably. But checking your eyesight on insurance is still a quest. Despite the paid service, you get back to the USSR.

It's not the best hospital in the city, but it's cool that it's in the city center.
The staff is friendly, caring, and smiling (even through masks it is noticeable)
