In principle, the consultation was normal, there were few specifics and in fact we just talked, but it was very confusing that we did not announce the cost of the consultation in advance, and also the cost changed depending on whether there was a change or not, there was no change and the consultation became more expensive.

When buying an electric grill in an Electrosila store, during the warranty period, defects were found on the top cover - glass peeling. When contacting the store and the service center, I received an official refusal to solve this problem - I was informed that the case was not guaranteed to change the electric grill or no one would refund the money. After that, I applied to the Minsk Consumer Society for an independent examination. Thanks to the work of the staff and experts of the Minsk Consumer Society, I received a detailed expert opinion and after presenting it to the Electrosila store, they returned the funds to me in full. I would like to thank all the employees and experts of the Minsk Consumer Society for their professional work and assistance in protecting my rights as a consumer. I recommend this organization to anyone who faces problems related to violation of the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Belarus!

They helped me specifically. I bought shoes at Rylko, after the first wear, the shoes fell into disrepair, the store organized some kind of sur with an examination, which I attended, as a result, they told me that I dried the shoes with something and this was not a warranty case, so I turned to the Minsk Consumer Society, they conducted an examination. Manufacturing defects were identified and with the conclusion from this company, I was able to get my money back.
