A wonderful hotel! Good location: Magic City is 15 minutes away. It is located in a quiet and peaceful area. The staff is friendly and attentive enough to help with any problems. Well, the design of the hotel is simply magnificent — stylish interiors and a cozy atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Although the breakfasts are not very diverse, they are very tasty. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for quality and comfort. I will definitely come back!
We found this hotel by chance when we urgently needed to book a room in Tashkent for a few days. Very good location in a quiet area, 5 minutes walk from the 24/7 shopping cart store, other small shops. Cosmonauts metro station is a 15-minute walk, 900 meters away.
The hotel itself is small, 3 floors with 3 rooms on each. The rooms are very cozy. The beds are very comfortable, the pillows too, all the conditions for a wonderful sleep! There is air conditioning, a small refrigerator, which is very convenient, a kettle and cups. The bathroom has all the washbasins, a shower in the form of a fenced space against the wall behind a glass door, which is more convenient than shower stalls. There is an ironing board and an iron on the floor. The breakfasts are modest, but sufficient to start the day. Most importantly, excellent conditions for sleeping and relaxing!
Excellent hotel, friendly staff.
Everything is clean, everything is fine. The area is clean, close to shops and restaurants. Mostly local officials live around, cleanliness and order, respectively.
Very nice hotel, cozy, good breakfasts, there is everything you need, there is a convenience store 400 meters away) Definitely recommended to visit) The staff is very friendly
Nice hotel. The rooms are fresh, the bed is great.
Of the cons, there is no elevator and a meager breakfast, which was very surprising, given the cheapness of the food.
It was a birthday, usually some kind of mini present is presented in hotels, there's nothing here, of course you don't have to, but such little things distinguish good hotels.
Very cozy, clean, tidy, I really liked it, thank you very much..The breakfasts are very tasty, the staff is very polite....everything is exactly like in the pictures
We stayed at the hotel for several nights. Very friendly staff, small rooms, tea and coffee maker available. Breakfast seems to be there, but it doesn't seem to be there)) cookies, sliced cheese, sausages, fried eggs, that's it) coffee 3in1! We had breakfast at BON chain cafes! Rooms are cleaned for three, but in Central Asia, as a rule, this is the case everywhere, so do not expect cleanliness) 5 minutes from the hotel there is a grocery store -basket! The center is about 30 minutes on foot. A taxi costs 1-3 dollars in the city. I recommend the hotel, overall a good option!
A great hotel. Very friendly staff, helped with everything. Good breakfasts. The room is as in the photo, clean, there were slippers, towels, toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, gel. The room has a refrigerator, electric kettle, hairdryer, air conditioning. The location is convenient. We will definitely come back again
Nice small hotel in Tashkent. We stayed for 1 night before the plane, so there was no way to fully evaluate it. Breakfast is included, but a little boring. This is probably a common problem in Uzbekistan. The room is not large, but it is bright. There is a kettle and a tea set in the room. There are only three coffees in one and this is also a typical story in hotels in Uzbekistan. So take black coffee with you, by the way, it's not at breakfast either. Special thanks to the administrator, he helped with things, tried to solve all the issues. He was calm about the fact that we left at one o'clock, not at 12.
It's a great hotel, with only 10 rooms on 3 floors, but it's expensive. The service is on the level. In the morning there is a buffet, everything is delicious, but the breakfast room is small. Almost in the center of the city, a cozy place, not noisy.
I came to Tashkent from far away on a motorcycle.
At the entrance to the city, I called, clarified everything, asked to be blocked, and I will leave in 15 minutes.
I arrived, I suffered for 5 minutes in the parking lot with a heavy motorcycle and equipment. I go in and they tell me there are no seats, sorry. Five minutes ago, a man came and took the room.
At least they would have told him not to uncovered himself.
The service is below the baseboard.
The staff is responsive, the rooms are clean. Located in the elite private sector.
Breakfast is a rather modest, but acceptable, buffet. There is an ironing board. In general, there are no complaints, everything is fine.
Nice hotel. It's clean and the seeds are delicious. Good linen, towels. The location is convenient, close to the center, but in a quiet place. The area where the hotel is located is well maintained, there is a place to walk. The room is on the second floor. There was always enough water pressure.
The place is away from a busy road. The hotel itself is new. The room for two is comfortable, the bed is wide. There are two small balconies. The guys (administrators) are ready to help at any moment (thanks separately to Ismail). Breakfasts are a little meager (but you won't stay hungry)
A good hotel with a normal location and its price. It was quiet, we got there more often by taxi (very cheap). There is a beautiful park with an evening movie nearby. I recommend. Safronov's only disadvantage is a bad drain in the shower.
I liked the location. Yes, it's a long way from the metro and major avenues, but there are advantages to living in a cozy mahalla, near the Museum of applied Arts, opposite the museum there is a cafe where you can have a delicious and cheap lunch. One of the advantages of the hotel itself is a comfortable room, a mini-refrigerator, and a balcony.
On the downsides. Breakfast - if you come at 7, half the food is not ready yet and it seems that there is not enough of it. And if you come at 10, there is not enough food. Well, the rooms were not cleaned during our entire stay.
Convenient location, excellent service, cleaning, loyalty for 5 points, very friendly staff, breakfast included, the hotel is clean, we spent almost a week in it. Credit place!
Among the advantages: convenient location, quiet and cozy quarter, beautiful lobby interior.
Now about the cons.
It would seem a new hotel, but already broken shelves in the closet😔
The mattress seems orthopedic in thickness, but when you lie down on it, it feels like you're lying on a board, I didn't appreciate this level of rigidity🥲
Breakfast seemed very meager, and I would also really like to advise you to put a coffee machine instead of 3in1 coffee, immediately the impression of breakfast will change😏
The most important disadvantage for me is that when I checked in, I saw hair on the bed linen all over the bed. We found out that the decorative pillow was probably from the floor, dirt got out. I asked the cleaning service to make my bed, and not just shake it off, I also asked the reception to make sure that this was done, but when I came in the evening, I realized that nothing had been changed, but just shaken off, and not everywhere. It's right there for a few minutes, unlike the rest, which would be an inconspicuous detail if it weren't for this
Nice little hotel. Pretty new, cozy rooms with balconies. There is air conditioning and heating, which may already be relevant in October. The nearest metro station is 20 minutes on foot.
Reasonable prices, good room, friendly staff, better breakfasts than in other hotels, the area is quiet and calm, but the location is not bad
I recommend

Clean, nice hotel. Very nice guys are working. A good breakfast. I definitely recommend it. There were "buts" that ate up the ball.
There was no hot water on arrival in the evening. It's the same story in the morning. Let's go figure it out. Oh, sorry, let's turn it on. Good. It seems to have been booked in advance, it would be possible to turn on the water.
And in my opinion, it is not a very convenient location. For super housing, for a tourist for a couple of days, it is not suitable. There are no shops around and everything in the city can only be reached by taxi. In general, the location is not tourist, as for me.
A small hotel, very cozy. The room has everything. Air conditioning, TV, slippers, bathrobe, toothbrush and toothpaste. Delicious breakfasts. And most importantly, the staff is very friendly and friendly!
I liked everything very much! Thanks!
I recommend.
We stayed for one night. Polite staff, all questions were solved immediately. The room is nice, clean, comfortable shower room. There is a refrigerator and a kettle in the room.

Everything is for the convenience of guests!
The hotel is new, beautiful, the rooms have everything you need to relax from a long journey, including comfortable terry bathrobes, slippers, tea accessories.
And very clean. The staff are great fellows. We liked everything!
The hotel is located on a quiet street.
However, the price per room has increased significantly over the year, so we stayed in a different place next time, but it's a pity.
A good hotel, located in the city center, but a little away from the main thoroughfares, in a quiet street. The rooms are small, but cozy, and have everything you need. Attentive staff.
A simple hotel near the center of Tashkent, there is an air conditioner that works for a third during the day, and there is a mini fridge among the advantages. You can order food at the reception from a couple of cafes.
Among the disadvantages, there is no service for European tourists, there is not even a regular corkscrew for wine.
The air conditioner was working very poorly in room 402, and the water was draining badly in the shower. Everything else is fine. The breakfasts are delicious, the staff is friendly
the hotel is very well suited for tourists as it is located in a cozy area of Tashkent. The service and breakfast were at a good level, but the prices are slightly biting
In general, the hotel is not bad, modern, cozy. But we found food from previous residents in the refrigerator, and the toilet brush was broken. The hotel was booked at the Booking office, the address was not correct, I had to go looking for suitcases.
A great place in Tashkent where you can spend a couple of nights. The guys at the hotel helped with all the questions about currency exchange, food and excursions
A small, new, comfortable and clean hotel. Polite staff. Delicious breakfasts. Located in a quiet, central area. There is parking and a shuttle service. I recommend.
A good mini-hotel, but the wrong address is indicated on the booking, Bogtepa str. 4 and we walked around the whole block with the child in the heat until we found it, for this I lower the rating.
Clear. Tea, water, Wi-Fi in the room
A different house number is indicated on booking. It was difficult to find a hotel at night at the wrong address. There was no water three times during the three days of stay. The breakfasts are weak, the service can be said not to be.
The hotel itself is very good, the furniture is the interior of the room, comfortable mattresses. but the staff certainly does not finalize it. I asked the administrator for soap and asked that the blockage in the shower be eliminated - the reaction is zero. I had to take an ankle-deep shower in water, if not the first one). The room is cleaned once a week. For these shortcomings, minus one star
The night porter is a complete zero ! No attention to the guests. We dragged our suitcases to the 4th floor (without elevator) ourselves. There are sticky coffee stains on the floor in the room, hair on the carpet, plumbing is not cleaned. The kitchen is atas ! I believed that after frying the eggs, she drains the oil into a jar so that tomorrow she can fry the eggs again in this oil. Sliced sausage choked, not cleaned !. The location of the hotel is good. The taxi arrives within 5 minutes. The day porter is aerobatics!
