I had a rest in 2013, according to the all-inclusive program for 15,000 rubles. the tour cost me three meals a day, everything is very cool! The buffet was bursting with evidence.🥳👏
The only drawback I think is a small beach but sandy and it's cool the pool was cold, I really rested in September!

For me personally, the best option. No need to wind kilometers to the beach (bar) and back, everything is nearby.
Everything is exactly the same as everywhere else.
The room was always clean, the swans were turned for free.

Our room was not renovated , a bundle was falling off in the bathroom, the shower cabin, if you can call it that, was leaking and water was pouring on the floor. Instead of a double bed, my husband and I got two single beds.
The food is fine, but it is impossible to eat at the piccolo restaurant.
Who buys vouchers : take guided tours! Please do not take excursions from the guys from the beach! From the beach : they are rude , the quality of the excursions leaves much to be desired , my husband earned contact dermatitis on diving , no one washes the suits there, they returned the money for an ATV tour with a fight , because an employee knocked me down.
Spa is one name . Alex, who advertises the spa, does a good massage, but he only advertises, in fact, massage is done by completely untrained people , money for an unfulfilled massage is not returned.
There is an eternal stench of faeces near the heated pool.

I had a rest from 03/04/2011 to 04/16/2011. I am staying at this hotel for the second time and will come again. I would like to express my great gratitude to the hotel manager, who skillfully and competently manages the staff and quickly solves any issues. Thanks to Zoya, the hotel manager. I helped a lot with printing tickets more than once. Thanks to the chef and his team, everything was delicious, varied and clean. Thanks to the guys at the reception, they are very polite and clear. I rested at this hotel from 07.07 to 07.21.20. I arrived at this hotel at about 8:00 and of course they did not immediately check in, although there were many rooms available, why I did not understand. I asked them to at least put on a bracelet to go to breakfast, but they didn't give me the same thing. It was only around 10:00 that I was given a bracelet and checked into a room. There is no WiFi in the room. WiFi is only near the reception, but the speed is very weak. The description of the hotel stated that everything is included 24 hours. In fact, this is not even close. It was only a couple of days later that they started giving buns at the beach bar and by the pool. Nothing else. Only two bars are open. One near the pool (the working hours are not exactly known, then until 22:00, then until 23:00, then until 01:00, but in the morning until 10:00 it does not work), on the beach it works from 10:00 to 18:00. You won't be able to have a snack in bars. They cheated on the 24-hour exclusive. It is not possible to drink alcohol in bars, at most beer. The beach is clean, there were enough sun loungers. The entrance to the sea is normal, it is possible from the pier, it is possible from the shore, but carefully. The water is clean, but a couple of times garbage came from passing yachts. My room was at the very end of the corridor and sometimes the lights were turned off and I had to feel my way into the room. The room itself is more or less, but very small, there is a balcony, but also small, you can't put two chairs and a table. The furniture is normal. The toilet is working. There is a shower with a bathtub. Soap, shampoo and tual.the paper was brought regularly. There was not always hot water. Do not drink water from the tap and do not brush your teeth, it is very dirty. Very dirty water often flowed at once, it took a long time to drain it, so that it would be at least more or less. The room has a TV (a couple of Russian channels), a hairdryer, a telephone and a safe. There was no cleaning in the room, although he constantly left tips, even the swans were never twisted. The food in the canteen is not any worse than in the factory canteen, I was shocked myself, I have never seen such a thing. There were practically no fruits and sweets either, the choice is very small. Meat is also a problem, they gave fish a couple of times (pangasius, the cheapest fish), there were chickens, but tasteless. What surprised me was that there was no ketchup and mayonnaise, this is the first time I've seen this. There was no animation. Therefore, I think that a 4* hotel does not pull, even 3* questions. It is better to choose another hotel.

Alcohol is terrible, except for beer, I do not recommend drinking anything))a small beach , good entry into the water, but the aquatic world is sparse, corals are only on stilts that hold the pier , otherwise just sand and very few fish. The animation is disgusting, the animators are tortured, there is just something to compare with)) the spa salon was killed, although the massage therapists liked it very much, good excursions right on the beach, we were in the dolphin house, we were completely delighted, but this does not apply to the hotel at all. The hotel is in the center of Hurghada, so going outside and the noise begins. In general, this is a super economy option, I do not recommend going to this hotel for more than $ 250!
