I do not recommend this hotel, a hotel for athletes- the morning starts at 6-30 to take a sunbed, the first time I saw this, there is a security guard and does not let you to the beach, forty people run with an obstacle at exactly 6-30, but at the same time you can swim in the sea only at 7 am. Boorish attitude at the reception, this has definitely never been observed, well, a separate one is food, we went and said that a great cook, but he changed by our arrival and then such a mess was suppressed, some pasta and vermicelli, we have never seen such terrible dishes, we are not whimsical people, but there was something, well, the main thing is the sea and it's gorgeous

A good hotel for an unassuming tourist or for spending a couple of nights like us. If you like a beach holiday with beer- take the container with you, they will even pour it into your sports bottle! The administrators promptly settled in, and the next day they brought a plate of fruit. Towels are provided on the beach, but for the room once a day.

Nice hotel. Cozy and comfortable. The entrance to the sea is sandy. There are 3 descents from the pier. The food is delicious and satisfying, the food is varied. As well as vegetables and meat with fish, a barbecue of meat, chicken or fish every day. The rooms are large with a balcony. Entertainment every day for both adults and children. Safe in the room (free of charge). Two restaurants are free, Italian and Chinese. There is a fish one, but it is paid-it is worth it. The portions are large, and they are very tasty. I will definitely come again. The hotel is 4, but it's a solid 4.

We stayed at the hotel from 31.07 to 13.08. We chose the Standart room. They settled into a miniature room with a non-working air conditioner, it seemed to work, but it drove warm air. The request to fix it was ignored, then they began to ask to change the room, they changed it the next day very reluctantly, we also had to wait with things at the door of the new room for 2 hours until they "do the cleaning" there. The cleaning is terrible, putting sand under the bed / closet is the norm, in terms of replacing towels, paper, etc. there are no complaints, everything is fine in this regard. The rooms have old, slightly lively furniture and plumbing. For example, the bottom of the bathroom was cracked, which was scary to get up there, we were afraid that we would fail and be forced to pay. In terms of cuisine, in my opinion, it's not bad, there is always something to choose, here for an amateur. Especially in the evening, there is a large amount of different meat cooked in different ways and very tasty. In terms of fruits, there is a fruit shop in 5 minutes, where they took what they wanted for adequate prices. By the way, with their ready-made food, for example, which was left from the restaurant, they may not be allowed on the territory of the hotel. In terms of the bar, I liked everything except red wine, it's better to take your mug with beer, otherwise you will drink from a paper cup for coffee, they don't give it in bottles. Local restaurants with free one-time visits also did not impress, especially the Asian one, where unfortunately there are 2 menus for the entire hall in English only and one waiter who does not speak Russian at all. At least there is a minimum of Russian-speaking staff. There are a lot of Arab visitors, especially on weekends. The hotel allows locals to buy a visit for a day, which is why there is such a problem. The beach is sandy, clean, several trips to the sea both from the shore and from the pier with sun beds were also not particularly problematic, considering that there were 7 of us. The only problem with the beach is stealing towels! For 4 visits to Hurghada, we encountered this for the first time, a beach towel was stolen twice, the first time the staff "looked at the cameras" for half a day just to give us a new towel, the second time everything was already smooth and just took from a pile of collected towels to hand over, otherwise a fine of $ 7. We saw how the beach staff themselves just took the towels left on the sun beds, so it's not surprising if they make an additional profit this way. In the middle of the vacation, they were severely poisoned, but it is not known with seafood that was given at lunch or with tap water, which the children foolishly washed fruits with. During the eviction, they "checked the rooms" for a very long time and still found a small crack on the glass that was lying on the table, which probably existed there for several years and shook off $ 15, there was neither the strength nor the time to argue, because the bus to the airport was already waiting for us. Probably also one of the ways to make an additional profit. In general, apart from the beach, cuisine and location, there are no more advantages here, and for such a price even these advantages will be few. I strongly do not recommend it.

1. Accommodation - We lived in club rooms, they are located in the main building without a balcony, it is better to choose a standard with a balcony in the courtyard. Swimsuits without a balcony do not dry. There is always hot water. The room is warm, we did not turn on the air conditioner for heating. Cleaning every day, in general, the staff is very friendly and tries to help, please.

The food is delicious and varied- idea, chicken, beef- both pieces and cutlets, grilled fish whole and tender white, vegetables, herbs, pasta are made with you, delicious, cheeses, desserts - with cheesecakes and sorbet. Every day something is different. We were on New Year's Eve and there were shrimps, crabs, cool. Alcohol: beer from glass bottles - medium, red and dry wine from bags, once upon a time it was not necessary. The price also included visits to a Chinese and Italian restaurant, Italian is very tasty. Seafood can be eaten here, but for a fee: $ 11 for 8 langoustines - they are accompanied by French fries and salad, sauce, drinks from the hotel bar. We two girls took one for two, a lot for one
3. Beach and pool - heated pool, we swam every day, where slides and a children's pool - without heating - the water is cold, the sea is fresh, we dived and swam with pleasure. There were enough sun beds for everyone, a good sandy approach, there is a springboard, and even a piece of coral where they dived deep and watched beautiful fish, a mask will be enough
4. Excursions - it is better to take a tour guide from a travel company. We bought at the Marina Star hotel, and I didn't really like the food on the yacht: pasta, potatoes. Who went from tour operators - they had shrimp and fish. The difference is about 10-20 dollars
5. Internet is free only at the reception
6. Animation - I saw classes with children with a children's club, and went to a Zumba lesson, animation is sluggish. I don't know in the evening, we went to bed at 21-00

Hello, we were at this hotel at the end of January 23rd. We were given a room without a balcony and the window overlooked the neighboring building through 3m. I was surprised by the food, oddly enough it was delicious, and I didn't get tired, even though I didn't attend all the breakfasts and lunches, but nevertheless, compared to Regina in mina mark, the chefs cook better!!! The territory is small, but cozy, no need to walk km. Both before the reception and before the sea, the water was warm because the hotel is located in a bay, and there is a pool with warm water, I have not tried alcohol, but the coffee that you can drink around the clock latte and cappuccino is very tasty, compared to seagul, regina and bella vista. They don't even clean the coffee machine in the pool area, of course tea and water are the same. The staff is friendly , in general, I can't say anything bad. I recommend it!!!

The hotel is 15 minutes from the airport - super. The city center, the promenade with restaurants is 20 minutes away at a slow pace - also super.
The hotel itself is three-star: the bathrooms leave much to be desired, it's good that at least the water pressure was strong. They don't clean well if you don't leave a tip. Towels and linen are not changed "for free". The food, after Turkey, is very poor. You won't stay hungry, but don't wait for fruits and vegetables🥲alcohol is sweet all over, beer gets boring after the second glass😂you can't buy in stores, for religious reasons, but in tourist restaurants - please.
Overall, I liked it. The sea decides, of course. My mask and I saw a bunch of fish and even a small squid on the last day. But there are also many "buts": there is no service (compared to Turkey), merchants are bothering on the streets of Kapets! It's dangerous for girls to go alone. The food in the hotel is about nothing, neither is alcohol. I also suffered from my stomach for 3 days, a local guy bought me pills so that we, as tourists, would not be ripped off a lot of money (this is from the water, most likely, it's dirty everywhere, and the water is so-so, it's difficult for our stomachs to cope with this).

Towels were changed every day.However, there was one disadvantage - these are mattresses in the rooms! They are wadded and hard !The staff at the hotel is helpful and friendly! Cuisine: a variety of food, fruits, vegetables, beef, chicken, fish, kebab, etc.; delicious and varied pastries. It was a pity there was no coffee machine in the restaurant, it was next to the bar near the pools and on the beach. The territory is not large, but well-groomed and well-maintained ! Every day it was cleaned, swept, tended to flowers, shrubs, palm trees, watered! The beach is always clean! The animation is interesting: water aerobics, stretching, dancing, games, table tennis, evening performances, karaoke every other day, but there was no disco in the hotel. I would like to single out Mohamed from the Moonlight bar from the staff - he is very positive, friendly! Special thanks to healer Ahmed from the oil and herb store at the hotel. People from different countries come to him for oils and herbs, as well as treatment!The husband was poisoned , he brewed some herbs and the husband immediately recovered ! The location is in the center of Hurghada, there is a place to walk, shops, cafes are all nearby. The hotel is small, everything is within walking distance, this is a plus, our child ran wherever he wanted. The sea is 1 line, 2 minutes walk, the beach is too small, yes, but we were like one family, we talked and were friends. The room stock is old, but it is always clean, the staff is very polite. Drinks are also acceptable, and you could take as many as you want, not one glass at a time in one hand. There were guests, the cat comes here not once but 10, 15 times!!! I think that says a lot. But there are still disadvantages.this is Wi-Fi and reception., or rather check-in. I have been abroad 8 times, but I have not seen such a weak Internet, people simply bought SIM cards to communicate. And the reception, this is a separate conversation. My little child and I were accommodated in a club room, although we have 2! The standard was ordered for a week, they did not understand Russian, then I had to explain it in English. A day later, they gave a normal room, but without a place for the child, it took another 2 hours to give an extra bed.no one apologized, . other guests said that they almost all paid for the room, but did not pay extra, so they suffered for a day. But otherwise, there are no complaints about the hotel, I liked everything.

A good family hotel, in the urban part, so you can go outside, take a walk, go to the shops.
Good food - two restaurants, no queues, always meat/poultry/fish for lunch and dinner, grilled dishes in the evening, local drinks. Always fruits.
3 pools, one with slides. There were no sun beds on the beach at 10.00, but the staff always found a solution. There is a pier from where we dived, along the pier there are 3 descents into the water, at different depths. Animation- well done! There is a playground. Baby club, where you can leave a child for a few hours, play, study.
Special thanks to the staff of the hotel, they try very hard, polite, attentive, always with a smile. Irina, the manager, a professional in her field and just a great person, helped us a lot!
The rooms are different: large, small, with and without a balcony, the furniture is old. But everything is clean, well cleaned, they give out gel / shampoo / soap.
The only thing is that it is a very small area, but very well maintained.

The worst hotel in my memory for all 4 trips to Egypt. Old, dirty rooms, mold in the shower, there were cockroaches. The food was terribly monotonous, and my stomach always ached after it. The beach is terrible, uncomfortable sun beds, the entrance to the sea is strewn with stones, it is impossible to enter without safety shoes. During the check-out, they were not even allowed to have lunch, they said pay and have lunch. I have never met such an attitude in any hotel in Hurghada. 0/10.

In Egypt for the 3rd time and so far it is the worst hotel, but which has advantages:
- at the moment, this is one of the budget hotels, the cost of traveling from Moscow for 10 days in September was about 160-170 thousand rubles for two (club room).
- Location in the very center of the city, you can walk on the Marina, a large number of shops.
- Beautiful sea, although a small beach, there was always a place (at 6 am, the sun beds were not occupied).
- The food is monotonous, but we never stayed hungry. But small children will definitely have nothing to eat there.
- The relatively clean and well-maintained territory of the hotel.
- The staff is almost all responsive.
- The animation is average, monotonous.
Minuses:
- the most terrible room, which looks more like a homeless shelter (see the photo of the bathroom). These are club rooms in the main building, the noise is incredible, the view from the window is the neighboring building and a piece of the street. You can only sleep in earplugs, noisy air conditioning.
- Room cleaning. Very bad, what to talk about if you come into the room with a dirty toilet…
- The theft of towels, we had such a situation, was resolved successfully on our own. Further, the beach manager Ahmed repeatedly threatened that if history repeats itself, it will only be our problems, which he is not going to solve (despite the fact that this is just his area of responsibility). On the beach, towels were stolen daily from vacationers or simply transferred, dumped from sun beds to take places. If you still plan to take up space and leave, it is better to leave clothespins and valueless personal items, then the chance is higher that your towels will remain in place. The penalty for loss is $10. According to the rules of the hotel, you can not leave the beach for more than an hour, otherwise even the staff itself can transfer your sunbed to other guests.
- a medical center, I had to apply, despite the presence of insurance, with which they "do not work", they offered an infusion of an antihistamine drug for $ 150. If you are ill, feel free to go to the pharmacy, you have cured allergic swelling from a bite of a local beetle for $ 7.
- Alcohol. You already know everything about the local, you can only drink beer. There is a bar with imported alcohol, we tried cocktails, but alcohol was there in a minimum dose, either they save money, or they don't know how to do it.
- The lack of a normal container for drinks, outside in bars they pour into a paper cup for hot drinks, you can use your own glasses. We took plastic ones from Gomla market.
- There are few Russian-speaking staff, one person at the reception and that's it. Therefore, I recommend learning the basic phrases in English if there are difficulties.
We will not return to this hotel for sure, but it may be acceptable for its price category if they make a renovation of the room stock, they plan this fall.
But, in this case, the cost will increase and it will most likely be possible to find a better hotel.
The Egyptians we talked to everywhere said that the hotel was bad.

The rooms need to be renovated. All the furniture is significantly outdated. The bathroom attracted special attention: its area is 5 sq. m, and the shower cabin is 80 *80 cm. It is extremely inconvenient for an adult to wash in such a cabin. The curtain also let water through. As a result, after each shower in the bathroom there was sweat ...
And the most incendiary: This is insect control... It looks extremely strange, if I may say so mildly. A man is walking through the hotel, holding a smoke generator with a reagent in his hands. As a result, huge clouds of smoke form behind it, which fill everything with themselves to the height of the third floor... It is impossible to stay outside for half an hour after this procedure. And the most interesting thing is that no one warns about this procedure. If anything, it is held around 17.00.

I was only unpleasantly surprised by the room with a view of the garden and pool with a bar due to the constant noise in the bar - after contacting the reception, the room was changed, the noise became less audible. I was also not pleased with the trip to the Italian restaurant located inside the hotel due to the poor choice of dishes and low-quality pizza. The food and drinks are decent, I really liked the pier on the beach, from which you can both dive and go down the stairs into the water.

I read the early reviews, I thought I'd be hungry, but I'm not....A glutton! The only drawback is that there are not enough sun beds on the beach, but this does not scare us!
