I liked restaurant morning breakfast’s n staffs all good ,the manager Ramchandra good very very good man nice hearted personnel,we feel good n talk as he is the best man in the hotel ,because of his humbleness n smiles,we donot want to go back but for sure we come back again to meet him n beautiful hotel

The hotel is excellent, the location is very good - near Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The rooms are old, but decent, cleaned every day, the view from the room is gorgeous. The breakfasts are good, delicious, and varied. The pool did not work, they were sent with a paid transfer to the Millenium Plaza Hotel pool (the pool overlooks the museum of the future, but dirty). There is a very beautiful promenade nearby, an alcohol store within walking distance, groceries just around the corner of the hotel. They take you to Kite Beach for free

A hotel with a very good location and gorgeous views from the rooms. Polite staff, excellent breakfast, dinner with minimal variety, but tasty enough. The rooms have all the bathroom accessories, a comfortable bed and pillows, if there is no iron or ironing board, they bring everything on request, the same applies to towels and other small things, if there is nothing from the stated, just contact the reception. There is a free transfer to the beach - at half past 11 they take you there at 15:30 they take you back. The only disadvantage is the inability to ventilate the room, the windows do not open. I recommend it for a short visit to Dubai. In general, we were satisfied with everything!

If this hotel is being sold to you, don't be fooled by the painted 4 stars. In fact, there is one star, I would not give more. The hotel is just mega tired. Dirt is everywhere - on the curtains, on the floor lamps, on the bed. There was even mold in the bathroom. And the problem is not in the staff, the staff there are just very good fellows, they are trying. The problem is in the hotel itself. The windows are poorly insulated, it is impossible to sleep at night, and even the power plant is noisy nearby so much that standing at the entrance to the hotel it is necessary to shout at the interlocutor. By the way, the pool is not working.

They were in December 2023. The main advantage is close to Dubai Mall, 15 minutes on foot. There is a transfer to the beach, but they pick up from the beach early at 15 or 16 o'clock. The food is normal, delicious, there is a buffet for breakfast, there is a sufficient choice. The administrators are Hindus, not everyone understands English well. Minimalistic rooms, enamel has been beaten off in the bathroom and bathroom, it looks strange and killed. Not only in one, but in several rooms. A kind of hotel. 4 stars. There are no bathrobes and slippers in the Standard room. The room itself is small, the decor is slightly shabby. The breakfasts and the cuisine are generally good in quality, but there is no need to look for variety.
Located in downtown in a concrete ring of freeways. Among the attractions nearby are an Asian Wok, a Keto Cafe, several beauty salons, a small supermarket and a night club Lekki (you can read about it on Tripadvisor). If you want something more, then you need to go to the Dubai Mall. Fortunately it is nearby. You can get there on foot in 15-20 minutes, by taxi in 5 and 22-25 dirhams. It's a long way to the sea.
Among the advantages: there is a swimming pool, gym and SPA. Beautiful view from the windows towards downtown Dubai. Friendly staff.
I recommend it to those who need to stay in downtown for a relatively lower fee relative to the surrounding hotels..

Nice hotel. There is a small swimming pool. Breakfast is average, but everything you need to eat. Three elevators, I had to wait a little. There is a nightclub on the third floor. There is a grocery store nearby. To Dubai Mall 20 min walk, there is no shadow when you go. It takes 48 minutes to get to the metro station. Parking is paid in the parking lot. I lived on the 19th floor, I really liked the view.

They took me there, they forgot to take me back. It is sometimes difficult to communicate with the staff. Standard situations go great, almost wrong, they don't understand me) This is a cheap hotel, so I put up with the flaws.
The location is good. Not expensive. There are breakfasts, dinners by the way, too. There is a swimming pool and a spa. The rooms are worn out, but some are already being renovated. I have a great view from the window, as well as from the elevators.

Anyone from Moscow will understand the comparison - one of the major avenues and the exit to the three-way street, and a hotel at the fork. There is nothing nearby. The hotel has a mini supermarket, but you can't walk around in it. To Dubai Mall on foot along the road 15 minutes. Numbers. We had it on the 23rd floor, the highest. The sun was rising from our side, so it was very bright in the room, it was so difficult to sleep, the curtains were loose. View of the roads and construction site. The repair is stale. The bathroom is so very bad. They try to hide it with minimal lighting in it, it's frankly dark. There is a gym, but it's just basic, you can't walk around. Food. We had breakfast, fried scrambled eggs, the rest is a buffet, not thick, but you can have a snack. Coffee swill. Food from the restaurant to the room is a dining room, do not take it. Expensive and tasteless. Cocktails at the hotel also do not waste money. Their mojito is water, lime and mint. Service is the worst of all of the above. If you need something, you can ask, you can beg - they won't bring it. They will say Yes, Mam. They will nod and look into the eyes and will not help. For three days they asked for glasses in the room. They didn't bring it. They drank Veuve Clicquot and mugs. Well, the rest of the negligence - when checking in, they did not give their passport, in the confusion they did not pay attention to it. I searched for a very long time, we were going to go to the embassy. At the reception they said that he was not there. After a while, I came back to ask them to look for it and give it to me. He was there. And there are a lot of such nuances. Advantages - there are none. Just a complete failure. Not a foot in there anymore.

Rested in August 2023. I really liked the hotel. I don't understand who writes the negative. But in order: the breakfasts are excellent, we ate too much, came to close, everything is available. The staff is attentive, they constantly asked if everything suits us. The room was cleaned and linen/towels were changed every day. Towels are not a complete set, but they were brought on request. Water, tea, coffee in the room in abundance. The view from the panoramic windows is gorgeous. There is a shop nearby, everything is there. You can get out and walk to the Dubai Mall 20 min. Of course, repairs are required, but we left and the rooms were closed for repairs.

Construction is everywhere, the lounge area is closed and rudely kicked out -they didn't even give me a look.Generally does not correspond to the photos that are on the Internet. Reception is under repair, you come in through the back exit, unfriendly administrators. I left after a day of staying there. The hotel manager asked - why are we leaving? There were two nights on January 27-28. If you have the opportunity to stay in another hotel, it is better not to get into this one. The dirt is incredible, everything is stained (carpets, furniture, windows, etc.,) it's scary to sit on a chair, you need to lay something. There's nothing to eat at breakfast. You can, of course, fill your stomach with something, but not enjoy a delicious breakfast))) there are a lot of people, there are no tables, they stood waiting for the table to be cleaned for 15 minutes, they asked three times, then they cleaned their own table.
Location between the highway, construction site and garbage dump.
The only plus is the attentive and polite staff at the reception.

Disgusting hotel. We lived in a business room. Dirty room with shabby furniture. For two, they give 2 towels washed to gray. No hand towels, bathrobes. The room is smoky and damp. The staff behaves very brazenly, there is no question of goodwill. Even the proximity to the Dubai mall is not a plus for the hotel - it is very problematic to get to the mall - the hotel building is almost on a construction site, there are fences and dust around.

Guys, this hotel is not just there on Tripadvisor and it's not just beating there like Radisson Blu. Perhaps there used to be a Radisson here, the remnants of former luxury speak about it, but now it's completely different here. They have formally 4 stars, in fact — only formally, since there is a shallow pool and other things that you will not visit for anything. The rooms have sticky floors and dirty carpets, in general everything is dirty. Probably, when you check in, you will have to ask for towels, slippers, bathroom accessories and all that. In short, think a hundred times before you decide to move in here.
The hotel has a good WiFi, it beats all over the building. Each room has its own router. Don't worry if it flashes at night and your Internet falls off — it just happens to reboot, it happens. The breakfast is not refined, but plentiful. There is absolutely nothing to do by the pool. There's nothing to do around the hotel at all, but it's not far from here to the very center of Dubai, it's really a 20—minute walk, five of them are next to the road, but Dubai doesn't stink of exhaust and it's not dusty, so don't worry, it's close to civilization. You can call a taxi directly to the exit of the hotel and wait at the reception, we used a Yandex taxi in Dubai, but only foreign cards work in it. There are two grocery stores near the hotel, by the way, you can find spices in bags of 100 grams, which we sell in small thin bags. The staff tries very hard and is quite diligent. There are giant pillows on the beds, two per person. Panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows with a view of the Burj Khalifa or other clusters of skyscrapers with a Dubai Frame, the views here are generally OK, wherever you look.

Of the cons, the old murdered rooms, disgusting dirty furniture in spots and holes, terribly dirty carpets that have not been cleaned for 20 years, the bathroom has been in need of repair for a long time, everything is hanging out and dirty, there is no heated towel rail, so the laundry there will never dry out) it is cold and damp, and towels are always wet after one use, constantly asked to bring new dry ones)
The air conditioner did not work well , it did not cool according to the set temperature , if it was turned on, it became very cold, so it was not turned on for a long time.
The TV was hanging for beauty, it didn't work.
We took only breakfast, as we walked around the city most of the time, we could not eat breakfast on day 3, the same thing every day, we went to the Dubai Mall for breakfast.
The hotel is highly not recommended, does not correspond to 4 stars.

The most lame hotel I've seen for a lot of money! At the reception, the Pakistanis, smiling sweetly, send technically far away, as well as the cleaning staff, the dirt is terrible, everything is killed, 3 rooms were changed in 2 days, a garbage dump for a better dump.
We checked in by chance, the Millennium has a network, this one is not far from a normal hotel, so there seems to be enough people like us.

Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet is monotonous, but delicious. The hotel has its own underground parking, parking is free for guests - it is convenient when you rent a car. The location is good, you can leave in any direction without any problems. 20 minutes walk to Dubai Mall. Of the minuses - on certain days the music in the lounge area on the street plays until 3 am, even on the 14th floor there was a feeling that the concert was being given in your room.
