Excellent location, there is a shop in the building, there are free buses to one of the best beaches and to the Dubai Mall, good breakfasts and very helpful staff, a warm pool. Of the minuses, only the poor quality of cleaning. The suite on the 22nd floor had terribly dirty windows that ruined the whole view.

Absolutely disgusting hotel. Dirt and mold in the room, everything is very old, problems with hot water. With paid early check-in, we were checked in for an hour!
A meager breakfast.
At the check-out, they did not make the promised check-up call and did not collect breakfast. Disgusting service.

I really liked the hotel, everything was at the highest level, we had a business room, cleaning every day, linen change every 2 days, breakfast buffet, everything is fresh, its own pastries, a variety of everything...Bursh Khalifa Tower, Dubai Mall, cafes, restaurants are within walking distance, the hotel is located in the very center)

We had a rest in November 2019, the hotel is good, but the furniture in the room is worn out, I had to ask for a bathrobe and a hairdryer. The staff is very good, especially attentive Naxtam (knows Russian a little) and Buosh, always cleaned the room well. I liked the breakfasts, lots of fruit, delicious pastries, cheese, omelets and side dishes. We walked to the Dubai Mall. There is a transfer to the beach once a day, which is not very convenient, I think we should add another one. and so I liked everything.

The hotel sucks! It does not pull at the declared 4 * in any way. Maximum 2*. Dirty rooms (and they gave us business class. Checked in on 02/26.21), shabby furniture, stained carpet on the floor, the smell in the room is unpleasant. I had to remind the admin 10 times that there are no bathrobes, slippers, iron, hair dryer, toothbrushes, etc. The plumbing is old and primitive, the sink is cracked, the tile is old and old...Comrades, well, this is a kick-ass easy. And this is the vaunted Dubai, a 4* hotel! 5 years ago in Abu Dhabi they lived in a "troika", well, it's much better! The breakfasts are meager. In general, I don't understand why many people here give grades 4 and 5.

The location is very good! 10 minutes on foot or by taxi and you are in the Dubai Mall! A minute walk and you are in the market, where there is everything from sunscreen to dairy products (ready-made vegetable and fruit salads, burgers, sandwiches. ..) Very friendly staff, did not take a deposit!!! Settled instead of the standard in business class! The view from the window is MAGICAL (lived on the 23rd floor). The breakfasts are delicious and varied (there were grumpy ones, which both are not so... but not without it)! The pool is in the shade (because of the neighboring building) until about 12.00...this is a minus! But there is a transfer at 10.00 to the magical Kite beach (view of the "sail"), the water is clean, beryuzovaya!!! They take you back only late, at 16.30 ... There is a transfer to the Dubai Mall, but we all went by taxi;)

The hotel does not meet the stated 4*. First day at the hotel. We checked in at 14.00. We had to wait 3 hours for check-in. The room was supposedly cleaned for us all this time. As a result, they gave a dirty number. The curtains and carpet are stained with huge stains, the cups are dirty (they didn't even try to wash them). Towels and soap were given only for 1 person, although the room is for two. There are no bathrobes, slippers, hair dryer, etc. at all. We approached the reception three times - the result is zero. The windows overlook the highway . There is no sound insulation. Very noisy. Asked to change the number - refused. That's how the hotel takes care of the guests. I will never come here again and will not recommend this hotel to anyone!
Day two. With the help of the hotel guide, we managed to change the room. Three numbers were changed. The dirty and noisy room was changed to an even dirtier and noisier room. The third room is a little cleaner than the previous ones, but also noisy. It would be better to stay in the first room. We realized that there are no clean rooms in the hotel at all.

Positive:food, location, staff. Cons: the furniture in the room is very cheap, the carpet is stained, the refrigerator was dirty, the bathroom had dirt in the corners and in the seams.I had to run for an iron for two days, but then they really gave it to me.there is no hairdryer in the rooms, but then they bring it.of course for 4 * is very bad.

Nothing over and everything is complete. A shuttle goes to the beach once a day. Mall 15 min walk. There's a supermarket downstairs. The breakfasts are excellent.
