The hotel is just great! The rooms are clean and cozy. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The breakfasts are delicious and satisfying. I will definitely come back here again!

A very good place in the very center, there is always an employee at the reception - it's also good, with water and clean rooms as well. But, all the rooms on the ground floor from some have a view of the concrete set. Terribly not a romantic hotel. The absence of a restaurant (dining room) is also depressing. Breakfast is brought to the room. Och a simple breakfast. And what is really very bad is a deposit of 20,000 tenge (5,000 rubles) that will be charged to you upon check-in. It's especially bad if you arrived at night and you don't have enough cash with you..

I agree with the real comments. The hotel is terrible, despite the fact that the service has good photos and descriptions of the hotel, as well as good comments. I don't know where they came from!

I stopped at the hotel, checked into a room. The most disgusting thing is the lack of a brush in the toilet (you know what the consequences of this are) just a few times, but they constantly forgot.
They took an incomprehensible deposit from me, then they said that I live in the best conditions because I have a room with a window (to be honest, it's never comfortable, people make a lot of noise, children play and so on), but I had a reservation without a window.
The hotel staff did not come up with anything better than to announce that I have to pay extra!
It looks like a divorce for money, to be honest.
After finding out, their administrator declares that this is a human factor and just a mistake and offered to report and pay extra because otherwise their employee will be fined!

Your booking (it does not matter whether through booking or through your own website) will not be found
When you ask to take care (for money) - for example, to arrange food delivery after a night flight - you will be sent to do it yourself
When they find the lost reservation, it turns out that the room is not ready
When the room is prepared, there will be leftovers from past guests in the refrigerator (seriously)
When you fall asleep, a cockroach will run over the pillow, and after looking where it ran, you will find more.
When you leave with all this, you will not get your money back.
The review is based on three attempts (not a single unsuccessful race).

The hotel is being renovated (at least that's how it looks). I got a room with no windows. Upon arrival (or rather moving, since I was transferred from another hotel in this chain), they tried to take a deposit from me. It didn't work out.
The furniture is old, some of which are in a landfill.
The quality of room cleaning is low. Rusty screws were lying on the floor behind the door (and apparently for a long time).
Breakfast was offered at 6:30 a.m., declined.

The worst hotel I've ever been to

2) dirty bedspreads
3) the hole in the floor is sealed with a4 paper with adhesive tape
4) mold on the bathroom ceiling
5) the cheapest toilet paper
6) the staff who need to get a deposit
7) complete indifference to requests from the first time (I asked to make departure documents in advance, as a result I waited 20 minutes until the girl could type English characters on the Russian keyboard)
8) breakfast is terrible
9) crooked mattress with bedsores
10) did not wash the cups from under the tea. They found themselves with dried traces from the last tea party
The only thing that turned out to be normal was clean bed linen

The worst hotel I've had to live in lately. The room is dirty, old, has not been updated since the day it was built. I arrived an hour before 14:00, I was not checked in, I was told early, go for a walk for an hour, or pay for half a day. Upon check-in, they demanded to leave a deposit of 10 thousand in cash, in case I use the mini-bar suddenly, and then do not pay - local nonsense. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The WORST hotel you can imagine!!! I booked a room, came to check in, as a result it turned out that it was given to another person! At the same time, my reservation has not been canceled, it is active, no one called or said anything. The girl at the reception advised me to go to their "branch", which is "only" 2 km from the place. And this is at night! I absolutely do not want to go anywhere alone at night, 2 km around the city where I was for the first time, my day was completely ruined, I had to spend the night at the airport on a bench at the airport! Ruined your vacation!!!!!!

I came to this hotel because of a business trip. The hotel was booked from work. But apparently our admins have no idea about the condition of this hotel.
I travel a lot on business trips and personal matters. I stay in different hotels a lot, but this is the first time this has happened to me.
This hotel is a semi-basement room, on the "ground floor" the dampness in the rooms is cool and excessively humid. The tap water is smelly and smells of mold.
Despite the fact that the room was booked by the organization, the reception tried to collect 10,000 security deposit for which they did not explain. I called the organizers of the trip to work for explanations on the deposit, the hotel administrator jumped out after me and asked me to interrupt the call like I don't need any money.
There is no dining room in the hotel, you need to go on a search, since it is nearby in the building around the corner.
There is no water in the room (drinking) so take it with you even to pour it into the kettle.
The tap water flowed for about 10 minutes, but the smell of stagnation did not disappear, I did not dare to drink even boiled, I went to the store for bottled water.
Before choosing this hotel, think about it.

Breakfast is porridge in a container and ala cake. Eat in the room. 1st floor. Cleaning is about nothing. There weren't even any towels, so I had to beg for them. Also, give them a deposit of 20,000 tenge. The only thing that is OK is a good water pressure, but in order to adjust it, you need to adjust the faucet so precisely that German engineers rest.
