There are no words, only emotions, I have never seen anything like this in a single mile. I came to Mila, I look at the assortment, I choose and the girl stands half a meter away from me and looks at me point blank. I tell her, "do you need something?" and in response, in a haughty voice, otherwise I can't name her accent, I hear, "I'm a consultant for this store and I'll keep standing like this." I tell her, "Can you not look at me directly? I'm uncomfortable," in response, I get the same arrogant voice, "no, I can't, I'll stand and look at you wherever I want." Firstly, without a badge, you can safely give a fine for this, secondly, rudeness, and thirdly, the appearance leaves much to be desired. If you're wondering why your revenue has dropped, it's thanks to such grief consultants, who make it uncomfortable and unbearable to be in the store, because they don't just stare at you, look into your soul, ass, and pierce your gaze, if only two meters away from you, but No, they will do it right half a meter away from you, if not closer. Never in my life will I return to this mila, it's a shame. I work with people myself, I work in catering, and this girl doesn't know the banal rules of the service for working with people at all. If it were possible to set 0, I would have set it with pleasure.

Not my favorite store. Chemistry is not limited, it is available for all needs. But... The prices could have been lower. There is a loyalty program and permanent discounts on some products.

I always went with joy to very good employees, but the 2 girls who worked today are real boors, I went into the store at 21:28 and asked if I could buy a specific thing, I even knew where it was, to which they replied in a boorish tone that the store was closed, after I left I heard the hysterical laughter of these 2 employeesIt's not nice to hear that.
