I went to the checkout to pay for the goods, and there was one customer in front of me. After I laid out my goods, I went to put down the basket and noticed a laundry detergent, which I decided to add to my shopping list. By the time I returned, the cashier was still serving another customer, and to my surprise, he hadn't checked my items or noticed that they were already at the checkout.
When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the situation, the cashier replied that she was not obligated to monitor what was happening at her workplace. I consider this unacceptable because, as an employee of the store, she must control the service process and the moments when customers queue up.
The question arises: why should I spend my time and energy clarifying the relationship and explaining the obvious? My situation requires a more attentive and professional approach to customer service.
I hope that you will take measures to improve the organization of work at the checkout so that such incidents do not happen again in the future.
In general, everything is fine, but the store is often a mess, there are boxes, it is difficult to get through.

The range and prices have been lame lately: one position can have 5 types, the other only 1 type and one company. Prices are too high for a store near the house
There are a number of product groups that receive little attention. Let's say if you choose toilet paper, it's right for every taste, even wipe your face with them... but the goods for the dishwasher were deprived. poor choice
A fairly wide range of decorative and care cosmetics, household chemicals, and cosmetics. From the industrial group - towels, mugs, thematic assortment and holiday gift options. There are packing bags. The staff works quickly. There are practically no queues.
Even in your small territory, it was possible and more convenient. And the assortment is so-so.
Beyond 500m there is a much larger representative of the same network, I can recommend him.
You can only come here if you really need to.
Sometimes, some things are cheaper than in the "island of purity" network..but in fact, the assortment in all these networks depends on the area-where consumers live, there is a better assortment of promotional goods and there is more of it..the robin is often absent. And our sellers are still friendly, but it's not sincere, so far the people are completely embittered.
