And judging by her phrases, the conversation was of a personal nature - she seemed to be discussing something with her friend. She glanced at me and calmly walked on. I waited a little longer.. The masters were already looking back at me...Then she asked me how long I had to wait. You should have seen the look on her face.... She finally raised her head, said "wait" into the phone (that is, she didn't even hang up) and finally asked through her teeth, with an extremely displeased face, what I wanted. And I don't want anything anymore. What is this attitude of the administrator - you can say the face of the company. If she can't handle such a simple job (which could be simpler). And talking to a client in such a dismissive tone is unacceptable. The craftsmen are not bad - it's not the first time I've had my hair cut here. But this administrator is just a horror. It's not the first time I've run into her. And every time there is a very unpleasant aftertaste from her manner of communicating with the client. Chase her around until she scares all your customers away.
I have been serviced for a long time, I go for a manicure by appointment. The administrator always calls, reminds you about the recording, always polite masters. I am very satisfied
The master refused to give away the ashes of my nails! And the master started reading something in Latin in front of me! I think she's got me hooked! I've been going to see her for 10 years now. When trying to collect the ashes, she sucked them in by the table!

At the same time, they always call and clarify the day before what could have been found out by fulfilling the administrator's duties. By writing down everyone who canceled the recording, and not just a couple who did not come without warning, to the blacklist, you can stay without clients.

Although, as a result, I did not get the desired color. And besides, the master suggested that I slightly update my already designed pixie haircut, which I have been wearing for a year. As a result, she cut something there two or three times in the area of the temples (and that's it!), but they charged me the amount for a full-fledged haircut from long hair to short!
