There are no good impressions left... Except that one of the girls at the reception is responsive and friendly. The three-course buffet was paid in advance. But they often went on excursions and, accordingly, skipped dinners. But the request to pack for us (a family of 3 people) the food we paid for on the road, they heard outright rudeness. The room could not take out the trash from the trash can for several days, let alone some kind of cleaning... The remark was answered once again by rudeness now from the cleaner... The sun loungers on the beach were taken away from us by an employee at 18 o'clock! He was running out of work... In general, the vacationers were taken care of as much as it was beneficial for the employees... I definitely won't go there and I don't advise others...

We were on vacation in a military sanatorium in Gagra from 17.10.2019-06.11.2019, it fell out so that our beach was just located near the cafe Amidships. We think that we are very lucky!!!! The food, coffee, desserts are all top notch, everything is very fresh and VERY TASTY!!!! And the waiter Angelica is a very pleasant and polite girl!!!! And the cats are clean and well-groomed to communicate with visitors in addition to lunch!!!!! Everything is great!!!!

We were in July. Lagman on weak 4. I couldn't eat pizza- incomprehensible dough. Wine diluted with garbage, cognac Abkhazian water with water. The cake is oak. There's a creepy toilet in the room, next to the kitchen. An unpleasant aftertaste after a visit, but without poisoning, and that's great. I do not recommend this institution in 2022.

Minuses:
- the room will be cleaned if you catch a cleaner (2nd option - inform the reception);
- for 9 days, we have never changed the linen and towels;
- like the "Swiss table" in the dining room in reality - a battle with the rest of the guests for food, those who came 15 minutes later get what's left...

In general, the impressions were mixed: beautiful views, delicious food - and a complete lack of organization in services.
