The waiters are polite, plus for them.

Very tasteless food. We ordered kharcho, chebureks and pilaf. Kharcho had nothing in common with kharcho, the pasties were over-dried, with a thick crust of dough and clearly made from frozen semi-finished products. There was no juice at all. The pilaf was made of well-cooked rice, but with almost no spices. Dry, not greasy, thin slices of absolutely dry beef were placed on top. At the same time, prices for everything are higher than the average in the city.
In general, I do not recommend it

After reading the laudatory reviews, we went to this institution and were extremely disappointed.
There were 2 tables occupied in the cafe, counting us and served by one waiter-a boy of about 18 years old, who did not understand Russian well and did not know absolutely the composition of the dishes.. well, okay, let's say we came out of season (mid-May) and there are no normal waiters (although this is not a reason to put just anyone); the tables are dirty, everything is covered in crumbs, as if no one wipes after the guests at all, it is very unpleasant.
Further on the prices: well, I would not say that the dishes are 100-200 rubles, as in some photos in the reviews, it was probably in 2022; now (in 2023) the cost of dishes is just like for a normal restaurant - 300/400 for hot on average, salads are also 300/400.
We ordered pilaf for 300 rubles and manti for 300 rubles, as a result, the pilaf was dry, like the beef in it, and the manti seemed to be dried and small bones came across in the meat (it was scary to chew and swallow them quickly).
In addition to all this, you will be charged 10% for the service, whether you want it or not.
