A cozy airport, there is everything you need, including coffee shops, mini-shops. The staff is polite, they will help you quickly in everything! An accessible location, a transport interchange to the city center via urban transport.

It's a good airport. Very authentic. There are a couple of good shops.
The inspection is high-quality. They take care of our safety.
It is not very comfortable in the hall between customs control and inspection. There is not much space, everyone gathers there. There are no toilets. And you have to wait for 30 minutes.
The flight lounge is normal. It's clean enough. There are toilets. There is a small shop. In general, it is quite comfortable.

Excellent Ferghana International Airport. It is clean, cozy, and bright. There is also Wi-Fi. And there is also a large parking lot. I have been flying from this airport for 20 years. It gets better and better over the years. Good luck to all of you.

I want to go back. There are a lot of people and it's stuffy. But it's clean.the waiting time is normal, not long. The inspection is not very good, the staff is rude, I saw with my eyes how one of the staff quarreled in not very beautiful vocabulary with a man who did not know the national language. It's not professional. The staff should help in such situations, and not swear obscenities. The waiting rooms are a bit cramped, but tolerable.

I have flown from this airport 2 times, to be honest, it is a very pleasant airport for me, calm, everything is clean and tidy, not the biggest, but it has its own vibe of some kind. Pleasant staff, responsive. In terms of waiting time, there are no problems or long queues. Everything has been checked by international standards. I want the take-off field to be not. Deserted of course, but still we have something)

At customs, it feels like the control is poor or envy, you are carrying gifts, and they dig in: why, why, for what. I was completely shocked, there is no smoking room, although other airports have a smoking room, suitcases and hand luggage are always being dug, as if you were carrying diamonds, although the usual sweets and sausages and alcohol, but no, they still ask too many unnecessary questions that do not relate to their work and their positions, just zero customs inspection when you arrive at the airport from Russia, there are a lot of unnecessary questions not to the point. 😡

The airport of our hometown, the hall is small but comfortable, the staff is all friendly, sociable, the waiting time from the entrance to the hall itself is acceptable, the waiting room is quite spacious, there is a toilet, although no one notifies about what is needed for the plane, inspection and control, as in all airports, the guys check carefully, carefully they look at the X-ray monitor with a tape, although they wanted to remove the plug, somehow convinced them that 4.5 out of 5.0 a good airport has all the amenities for a safe start to the journey.

I visited this airport for the first time. I was flying to the city of Surgut. Compact, located in the city. Polite staff. The prices were very surprising in a good way. And most importantly, it is clean and cozy. I recommend.

Nice clean airport. Cons: no phone chargers, WiFi only on Uzbek SIM cards. But the staff is responsive, they help to connect through their rooms, for which I thank them very much. The prices for ice cream and sweets at the airport are the same as in the city, everything is available, not like at airports in our Russian cities. Luggage storage is free. We arrived in the morning, left in the evening, so we left our luggage in the luggage room, had a very good walk and, upon returning, took it safe and sound.

There are no complaints about the waiting time. The staff serves well. Everything is clean, the waiting rooms are normal. There are no complaints about inspection and control. The airport itself is modern. There is a small building of the old airport nearby, from which I first flew with my mother 55 years ago, when only 12-14 flights a day flew to Tashkent!!!

There is such a queue that we have been waiting for a very long time, take an example from other countries, although there are many counters, there are no queues and crowds of people. Improve the quality of service, strive for the best and not for the worst. Disperse people near the entrance to the airport, it is already scary for a person to leave without an escort. The local taxi driver or Figs understand who almost attacked me for the fact that I just didn't hear him or didn't pay attention.

I was pleasantly surprised by the abundance of a rather fast WiFi, which works both in the airport building and in the waiting area for boarding the plane, after passing the border. It is very clean everywhere and in the toilets too, there are no queues anywhere, everything is easy and relaxed, registration, border, inspection, everywhere is fast.
