We bought 3 tickets to Tashkent. The airport was closed due to fog. No information was provided after the opening of the airport. They will reschedule the flight, delay it or something else. They don't specify why. They say we are not gods, so we don't know anything. There was a second lunch flight from Tashkent. Therefore, I had to go by car so as not to be late for sure. Of course, the money was not returned, but the plane took off later.
They don't take the phone. Why do they point it out if they don't raise it later in critical situations?

The most terrible airport in the world, where employees arrange a feast for themselves and passengers sit and wait and it's endless. My husband and I decided to have coffee, we haven't finished yet, but we were asked to vacate the table since the staff will be having breakfast, they suggested that we go somewhere there and drink coffee standing up. We wanted to complain, but it was useless.... They couldn't even get through to the number listed on the Internet. Please make a service room for airport staff, we also want to sit at a table and drink tea and coffee like people... especially when the flight is delayed.

I don't even know how to properly evaluate this place. The airport itself is clean and beautiful. But the passenger service leaves much to be desired. There is no seller in the store to buy basic water, especially during flight delays. When the flight was delayed, they did not announce the start of boarding, although it began. So 3 to them))
