The service is incomplete, you need to call and wait a lot to leave and especially get your luggage back.. ( the airport shops don't work 24/7 and open at about only 9-10 am..if you have early morning or late night flight - you won't get much there and won't have a bite(

I liked this airport in Aktobe. Comfortable, bright, courteous staff, beautiful coffee and even mini French fries. A comfortable waiting room, air conditioning. I will be happy to fly through Aktobe if possible.
I add, we flew to the UAE via Aktobe in March 2024, we wanted to put warm clothes in the storage room for 7 days 3,500 rubles for one package! Two packages +3500 rubles! In general, we thought 7000 rubles for two pairs of shoes is expensive! and they took the shoes with them. On the ground floor in the cell phone department, a very friendly girl helped with the connection. By the way, the parking lot is not guarded.

You can get into the vip lounge only before customs registration. It is not clear at all. There is a smoking room, but in a different wing, it is not convenient, especially before a long flight. There is a very polite cashier in the cafe in the waiting room - nice, thank you very much for her work. I recommend taking all the documents with you, because for example, we were asked for a birth certificate for children. This is the first time I've seen this. Toilets are near the customs inspection, there is no sign that the m/w is around the corner - everyone is crowding at the toilet for the disabled😅

Небольшой аэропорт, чистый, в меру красивый. Сотрудники вежливые и внимательные. Есть обменный пункт на территории аэропорта, что очень удобно. Есть продуктовый и сувенирный магазины, аптека. Так же есть кафешки, где можно перекусить или посидеть, ожидая свой рейс. Подъезд к аэропорту вполне удобный, никаких проблем с высадкой и посадкой пассажиров. А также в 10 метрах от аэропорта есть остановка 8 автобуса, который довезёт вас до города

Аэропорт находится в черте города, добраться можно быстро. Такси недорогое, 500 тенге. Сам аэропорт маленький, а рейсов много. Поэтому в зонах ожидания, регистрации и посадки всегда много людей. Очереди на регистрацию, на посадку и прочий бардак в организации придётся потерпеть (например, меня не пустили по мобильному посадочному талону, отправили распечатывать). На первом этаже есть несколько магазинчиков, чтобы можно было что-то привезти из Актобе: конфеты и сувениры. Купил жент в шоколаде местной фабрики. Дождаться рейса можно в кафе на втором этаже, там было уютно и немноголюдно. Рекомендую ташкентский чай.
