Hello, the airport is great! I love him! This is my hometown, my hometown airport, in childhood, in Soviet times, we flew several times a year with our parents all over the Soviet Union! Even then it was cozy and it was a magical place. I haven't been here for several years, and so, this year I flew, I share my impressions! The airport has been renovated, modernized, visually very beautiful, comfortable and cozy, many places to wait, not expensive shops and cafes. The staff is excellent, they advise and suggest how to do it better and cheaper. They are very friendly. The prices are acceptable. On the second floor there are cash desks and cozy sofas for waiting, cafes, toilets on the first and second floors, everything is clean and cozy. Cashiers tell you how to fly to a place cheaper, choose the best option, and do not impose their services. Everyone is polite and friendly. After visiting this airport, only positive emotions remained! And yet, a little hint, tickets from Aktobe and around the world are much cheaper than tickets from Russian cities.

The condition of the agricultural facilities at the international airport is simply a shame. And the cherry on the cake is the staff - at the reception they say that the electronic boarding gate is normal, after 15 meters, the security service says no, and they don't care).

We need placards and information plates. If you are not a regular at this airport, I share my advice. A clean, good airport, but there is a problem with the distribution of the flow of passengers after check-in. It is unclear where to go for domestic flights and where to go for international flights. In the international direction, it is also not entirely clear with the number of gates inside, the escalator did not work, people were walking along the non-working one, there was an elevator and stairs behind another door, not everyone realized, there was not enough scoreboard or voiceover that the exit number had changed. It was a bit more cheerful there last year.

There are huge queues when checking in for charter flights to Turkey or Egypt! The optimized distribution of passengers is not organized. All the counters are empty, but there are queues at two of all the check-in counters, which occupy the entire hall. We stood for the last time for two hours to register! As a result, the flight was delayed because not all people had time to check in. Employees work very slowly and unhurriedly. The airport itself is cozy, small, everything is fine. But it is necessary to organize the work of the staff, to distribute people between the counters in order to eliminate crowding and unnecessary fights between people in the queue. We fly often and have never checked in normally, without frantic queues. Therefore, only two stars! Because the main thing is the comfort of passengers, not the convenience of airport workers.

A portrait of Hero of the Soviet Union Aliya Moldagulova hangs at the entrance. I wanted to know more about her feat. But the information is in Kazakh. You can add it in Russian. There is a wonderful ginger tea in the cafe. The taste is incomparable.
