High quality hotel, room was clean, the bar is very reasonably priced. If you will come during the winter, ask the hotel administration to turn on the heating in advance.

A good comfortable hotel, with a good pool and sauna, not very varied breakfasts but delicious (today I really got a pancake with a hair upset). The rooms are good, but it all depends on the class. For example, I liked the economy class room 351 with a large panoramic window and a wide low window sill. It is very cozy to spend evenings on it. The room itself is large and it was very comfortable. I was pleased with the availability of removable pillows, as those that were on the bed did not fit in size and weight. One of the disadvantages is the bathroom. The shower cabin is leaking, the toilet has stains that can probably be washed. The staff is excellent. Every day we were given water and, if necessary, toiletries in the form of shampoo, shower gel and soap and asked if room cleaning was needed. The location of the hotel is just great, within walking distance of the city center and many shops, restaurants, parks and various types of services, for example, as we needed a notary and visa centers and a copy center. Not far away is a great cinema where we enjoyed watching movies in Russian☺️

I recommend and advise you. Walking distance from the center and at the same time quiet and cozy. Extremely tasty and varied breakfasts for every taste. The friendliness of the staff is excellent. Individual rays of kindness to the guys at the reception for understanding and Karen at the bar for delicacy (the rainy day of arrival became warm and sunny thanks to them)

Lovely hotel. Very well located, the staff is very polite and charming. The cleaning is perfect. The breakfasts are very tasty and varied. The furniture is very comfortable. The room has everything you need. I was a little upset by the hotel's pricing policy. In order to leave 5 hours later, I had to pay for the next day. Usually in hotels of this class, for long stays, late check-out is given to the client as a compliment.

The hotel is conveniently located. The staff is very friendly, everyone speaks Russian. Payment is made only in local currency or by card. There is no exchange at the reception. The room stock is quite decent, but a little tired. Three-plus breakfasts. They are not worth their money. But you won't stay hungry. In general, it is a normal four for a trip to Armenia for 3 or 4 days. Have a nice rest.

We booked a double economy room. The size was amazing - 33 sq.m.!!! Everything is clean, cleaned very well. Every day, 0.5 liters of water per person. There is a kettle. Maybe a little "tired" repair, but not criminally. There is a swimming pool, free access-they give out bathrobes and towels. The staff is very helpful. The center is a 15-minute walk away. Therefore, take rooms with breakfast, we regretted that we did not take it.

The hotel is good for many people. Convenient location (the location is quite central, at the same time specific and closer to other decent hotels to the airport). Solid design. Excellent staff. The rooms are spacious and well equipped.
I would note two disadvantages. Firstly, the inexplicably expensive breakfasts. More than 10 euros, this is even higher than the average European level for hotels of this class. And it would be nice if the cost of the night was low.
Secondly, the budget rooms (340+) have terrible beds. I spent a total of 4 nights in 2 different rooms, none of them slept comfortably (even after running around for a day). So I do not recommend this type of accommodation.

The location is excellent, close to the center, near the Ararat and Noah cognac factories. We arrived as a group, rented several rooms on the 3rd floor, the passage through the passage, so if you are with luggage, it will be very difficult to climb the steep stairs. The rooms are different, the rooms are large, there is everything in the bathroom. The breakfasts are great, but the price tag is not cheap. I took off one star that there was no cleaning, they didn't even take out the garbage until they asked, although they knew that we were on excursions all day. We did not put a set of towels, there was no bottled water for 2 days, but everything was provided upon request. It's necessary to say everything, it's a little annoying for this level of hotel.

When I come to Yerevan, I stay here more often, the convenient location in the city. The staff is pleasant and the price is reasonable. I would recommend that the hotel finalize the breakfasts, remove the plumbing with chips, and the air conditioner works a little noisy for me, obviously the old system is already. Well, an important point, in January it was very cold in the room.

I liked everything. Convenient location. Next to the ARARAT factory, it's kind of majestic. We had a small room, but it had everything you needed, and individual personal hygiene items were available. Very clean. The staff is polite. Inside, in the halls of the hotel, the interior is inspired by Soviet classics, everything is oppressively rich, there are a lot of dark tones. No disadvantages were identified.

Not a bad hotel, the room is large, clean, everything you need is in the room. There is an air conditioner, but it does not work well. It was stuffy at night, you couldn't open the window, because the windows faced the road. I left in the evening, the room could not be extended for half a day. I left my things in the hotel's luggage room. When I returned for my things, I asked to call a taxi to the airport, the journey took 16 minutes (price 1200 drachmas).

Great hotel. It becomes pleasant already starting from the entrance. The lobby is beautiful, all the best from Soviet times. From the category of high-rise hotels in Moscow in terms of decoration, only smaller in size. The inviting lobby bar. Not everywhere is a pleasant atmosphere in such bars, but everything is as it should be: decent, excellent bartenders who are in their place: they will talk and advise. Coffee with a glass of water and cookies. We took the simplest room, but it's bigger, everything is in it. The breakfast is excellent, varied, I remember the delicious cutlets, cake. I liked the restaurant in general. We looked at the prices in the center, and eventually went to have dinner at the hotel - cheaper, and very nice, then we had lunch there again. Everything was delicious: the steak was excellent, beef stroganoff, pancakes with meat too. We went to the pool, to the sauna - it's fine. Across the street there is a Noah factory - we went on an excursion.

The hotel is conveniently located, 20 minutes from the airport. The staff is polite and friendly. The hotel offers rooms of different categories, stayed in economy - the economy option is not located in the main building, but in the next one (you go through the passage), of the advantages - there is no noise from the road. The room is large, has everything you need, a kettle, a refrigerator, towels (bathrobes and bath accessories can be taken for an additional fee). I note that there were not even 2 tea bags in the room, all only for an additional fee.
I was pleased with the excellent ventilation system.
Of the disadvantages, there are 3 sockets for the entire room (nowadays it is unrealistically small, you choose what to Charge first). Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, but there is a smoking area on the floor - access to the fire escape, where there are not even ashtrays. The room was cleaned on demand (a sign was hung on the door).
Breakfast is not included in the price in all rooms, but it can be paid on site. During breakfast, at any time, the waiters can find out the room number and check if you have breakfast included (even if you are already eating, this does not bother them). The breakfasts are very tasty, varied, fruits, fresh pastries, hot and everything your heart desires.

I stayed at midnight, between flights, so I can only appreciate the room and the service at the reception. The location is super, in the very center, the cognac factory is visible from the window. The room is very cozy, the furniture is good, the carpet is everywhere. A huge bathroom, a full set of bath accessories, slippers, a bathrobe - everything is in place. Only the minibar was empty for some reason. The receptionist was very attentive. I would like to go back there again.

Do not take economy rooms, they only look like standard rooms in the photo, but in fact everything falls apart in them, sheets with holes, windows to the courtyard with noisy air conditioners.

We stayed at the Metropol Hotel from 12/29/12 to 01/22/2013. The hotel is wonderful! Very nice, polite, friendly staff, the room is spacious and cozy. A variety of breakfasts, and on a festive morning we were pleasantly surprised by a buffet in front of the restaurant - champagne, snacks, etc.-for every taste and age. The hotel is very conveniently located - we went for a walk exclusively on foot. Returning to Yerevan (and we are definitely planning this), I want to stop here again!

A good hotel, but slightly lost its former luster. The staff is excellent! They are friendly and hospitable.
There are no complaints about room cleaning and cleanliness in the hotel.
Breakfasts at the hotel are weak in themselves, but they are definitely not worth their money!
The SPA area made a strange impression: I have never seen a SPA employee steaming with the guests, even giving a couple in the sauna despite the protests of the guests.
From the point of view of a hiker, the location of the hotel is unfortunate, almost at the entrance to the city, you have to go to the center, although it is not critical.

I really liked the hotel. Everything is close. Restaurants, attractions, shops. Nice pool and sauna. The breakfasts are changing. There is a good recreation area on the 0 floor. All questions were answered, everything was solved quickly and respectfully. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The hotel itself is very colorful, with a beautiful view from the window. Good breakfasts, delicious coffee.
I liked it: if something was needed, the issue was resolved extremely quickly.
I didn't like it: the bad pressure of hot water in the shower, the room was cleaned once so they didn't leave drinking water and took away the slippers without putting new ones. For the first time that day, the receptionist was very busy with personal correspondence and could not talk to us normally. Good audibility- we always heard our neighbor 🙈

From the hotel to the center on foot is less than 10 minutes, I think it is well located.
The rooms are cozy/clean, but they are already old and in need of renovation. I think it was once a 4* hotel, but now it's a solid and good 3*.
There are oil paintings everywhere, beautiful. A very beautiful lobby with fresh flowers at the reception.
The breakfasts were delicious.
I would like to see the reception staff more friendly. In general, we were satisfied.

We rested for a week in this hotel. It is declared as 4 stars, but the hotel itself is very tired. There are towels, bathrobes, slippers, toiletries. Towels and bottled drinking water (0.5 liters) are changed every day. However, one day the cleaner just came in, took the tip and left everything as it was, only took out the garbage. The bed was changed 2 times during this time. The bed is already old, there are holes. The hotel itself is located almost in the center, it is convenient to get to the sights of the city. The staff is polite, they always meet you halfway.

Metropole, Ambassador, etc. With a claim to luxury, in fact, a tired old hotel with boorish staff in some places, poor cuisine, a bunch of "amenities" that are either difficult or impossible to use. In our case, pillows of the type "cotton wool in a pillowcase" from which the neck and head ache in the morning, a pool that seems to be there, but looks more like a human goulash, room service "on the dump", audibility of the level "coven of drunks under the window", burnt carpet, broken furniture, etc. all this you will find it in hotels of this type. The Yerevan Metropolis is no exception. Almost 30 thousand drams per day for such a hotel is very expensive. 15-20 is just right. I do not recommend it

It was my first time in Yerevan and I urgently needed to book something. From August 31st to September 3rd .
What a fragrant hotel 😻 the aroma added to the hoods enveloped all days . The staff is very polite , the rooms are clean and even the do not disturb sign did not prevent me from cleaning the room in my absence.
For the first time , I wanted to take the mattress away from the room , it 's very comfortable . Generally ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Now, if I find myself in Yerevan again, I will only recommend you to you.

The price tag may be too high for Yerevan, but it is quite excellent for the level of the Russian Federation.
What is important is that the corridors and floors in general are covered with carpets - this ensures silence.
Sometimes they forget to put water on. 50/50.
I didn't try breakfast - I ran around on work issues in the morning right away. But even after any dinner in Yerevan, no matter how, I couldn't eat until lunch the next day.
