A great hotel on first impression. We stopped for dinner at their restaurant, after a whole day spent in Bukhara.
The lobby looks great, the interior is super.
The restaurant is open until the evening a la carte. The waiters and in general the service is excellent. A wonderful extensive menu. Everything is very tasty, the portions are large. I liked everything very much. I will recommend it to friends coming to Bukhara!!

I liked everything, which is very rare!)
The location is 10 minutes walk to the main pedestrian street of the old town, there are many shops along the way.
The staff is very polite and helpful (security, reception, staff at breakfast and spa). Our wishes and requests were fulfilled with lightning speed.
The room is spotlessly clean and tidy. Comfortable pillows and a chic high and hard mattress. Quiet at any time of the day, I slept very comfortably.
A lot has already been said about the beautiful interior. I was especially pleased with the spa area. A gorgeous pool, cleanliness, pleasant smells everywhere, a powerful hammam, which was turned on personally for us.
The breakfast was also pleasant, the choice is small, but everything is very tasty and made of high-quality products, the coffee is also very decent. The veranda was closed, but still the view of the city is beautiful.
If you find fault, there is not enough towel rail in the bathroom, in the cool season it is cold in the bathroom, and swimsuits do not dry after the pool. There was also no hair conditioner or body lotion in the room. After the pool, this is especially desirable.

We really liked the hotel! Architecture, interior design, room, service and staff!! Kids pool wow!! But I didn't like the breakfasts at all! It's not worth the money! It 's not delicious , it 's not hot , and it 's not even warm , except for coffee !
After four hotels in Uzbekistan for less money in different cities, I can definitely say that it's a three!!(

I was unlucky enough to stay at this hotel from 16.10 to 18.10 2024.
In October, we had a vacation with my wife in Uzbekistan. The plan was as follows - Samarkand, Bukhara and their surroundings. Since the trip involved the absence of the sea, an important factor was the availability of a good spa with a swimming pool. In Bukhara, the Mercure turned out to be such a hotel. We are familiar with the Assog grid quite well on trips around the world and therefore did not expect an ambush, and even from a hotel of this level.
Upon arrival (16.10), in the evening we go to the spa. Everything is decent, sauna and hammam. Large swimming pool, built-in Jacuzzi area. It was evening dinner time, so there was another Frenchman in the spa besides us. After warming up, I go into the Jacuzzi and turn it on. A lot of bubbles and foam appear. I don't know why, but I feel uncomfortable and decide to swim in the pool. The movement takes place through a zone of bubbles and foam. As soon as I found myself in the center of this zone, when I inhale through my nose, I get a chemical burn of the nasopharynx with chlorine vapor. My wife was also going into the pool at the moment. We fly out of it like a bullet, but the result is already there. It feels like I've got a severe sore throat. My head hurts, blood vessels in my eye burst. The reception was immediately warned about this danger. Apart from gasps and sighs, no help was received. Then two days of running to the doctors, in general, the rest was ruined.
The situation with the company's head office is indicative. Almost immediately I wrote a complaint to the company, the response was instant. "Like - how inconvenient, what a pity. We will immediately conduct an internal investigation, sort it out and contact you and resolve everything." Then, apparently, they saw that they were from Russia and that was it. Silence.
There is discrimination based on nationality. Probably, they came to the concentration camps later with similar actions. I put a cross on this grid.

Very. A VERY good hotel of the ALL chain. Probably the best of all the Mercure hotels I've been to. I was captivated by the architectural design of this building. The building is modern, but it creates a very good feeling of antiquity. The renovation is very fresh. An aesthetic pleasure for the tourist. Wherever you look, the postcard. The SPA area is also designed in oriental style. Nicely. Very beautiful!
I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I ever find myself in Bukhara again.

Nice hotel, 10-15 minutes walk to the old town. It fully justifies its 4 stars. There is a swimming pool, a hammam. Breakfast is also for 4, without frills, but it's enough. I didn't take any chances, I had lunch or dinner at the hotel the same way. Fortunately, the Saffron restaurant, where breakfast takes place, is open until 23.00.
I lived in a Suite, the interior has a local flavor. The room has everything you need (kettle, coffee machine, two bottles of water).

The price is unreasonably high. We got a room on the 1st floor. There is no sound insulation, the guests are not allowed to sleep in the morning. There is no towel dryer in the room - it was very lacking after the spa. Not in the tourist center, you can't go for a walk in the evening. The hotel is not bad, but not for that kind of money.

The hotel is excellent!!!
We liked absolutely everything at the hotel! It can be seen that the hotel is new, and the interior is incredibly beautiful and stylized to match the local flavor, while very modern. You can take a lot of beautiful photos. The staff is friendly, helpful and very attentive .
We also visited the SPA center, were delighted with the massage, pool and hammam! There is a restaurant. The breakfasts are chic and delicious. For lunch and dinner, guests are offered a wide selection of both national and European cuisine.
Most importantly, the hotel is within walking distance of all the famous attractions. This is a big plus. My husband and I were delighted with everything.
If you are in the city of Bukhara, then definitely choose the Mercure Bukhara Old Town hotel.

Lovely hotel, in a quiet area. A taxi to the center costs 1-2 dollars, but you will get comfort from staying in a fresh, modern hotel.

The bathroom has Underfloor heating, but for some reason it was turned off at the end of the stay (you may need to ask the reception to turn it on).
Very good breakfasts, but I would change the grains in the coffee machine for medium-rare Arabica, because it is a little bitter.
I did not like the massage, the master did it with his hands after a walk in the fresh air with a cigarette, this is unacceptable.
For such a chain hotel, it is still better to bring foreign craftsmen from Thailand or Bali.

The hotel is good. A normal breakfast. I also had free access to the pool and hammam. Since the hotel is new, all the equipment is also new. The staff speaks Russian and English easily.
One of the disadvantages is that there is no heated towel rail in the room. Because of this, the towel does not dry overnight. And a noisy air conditioner when running on heating.

It is a very beautiful hotel, you can take pictures inside - it turns out atmospheric. The rather non-standard location of the rooms, the entrance is panoramic glazed, that is, a curtain visually separates from the corridor, and not a blank wall as usual.
We didn't quite understand whether the SPA hammam and pool are working, but there are no people. Even the maintenance staff was absent.
Money is not changed at the reception. Although after walking nearby- we went to a nearby hotel - they changed rubles for soums, at a pretty good rate.
Breakfast was included - everything is fine. Delicious, clean!
The most important selection criterion was the proximity to the old town and the sights - everything is within walking distance. Recommended!
