It's a good gift, but in my opinion, the price does not match the quality level. The cost of this hotel is above the average level and at the time of booking the hotel was among the most expensive in Almaty, so the expectations were appropriate.
The hotel is located in the center, but I cannot appreciate the convenience of the location in the city. The rooms are large and clean. There is a large table that can be used as a full-fledged workplace. The bed is comfortable.
The view from the window probably depends on the part of the building. I was lucky - there were mountains.
Cons: there is no iron and ironing board in the room. They offered to bring it, but wait 40 minutes.
The breakfasts are good, but they definitely do not reach the level of the cost of living.

Great rooms, clean, cozy. The hot water in the shower is not hot(. Breakfasts are varied, fresh vegetables and simple vegetable dishes are important to me, I always found what suits me, everything is fine with meat too. Luggage storage is available even after eviction, which is very convenient. Spa for 3, problems with the regulation of heat and steam in the hammam and Finnish sauna. Excellent scenic view of the mountain range, lying in a sun lounger or Jacuzzi, you can admire the four thousand peaks of the mountains, especially at sunset) spa treatments do not match the price tag.

The room is very stuffy. The temperature was constantly rising to 26-27 degrees. They even complained about the reception, but no miracle happened. Otherwise, the hotel is pleasant.
The breakfasts are adequate. Clear.
There is a delicious Italian restaurant in the same building.

Very nice hotel. The location is wonderful. Service and kitchen TOP.
One minus of the SPA. The Finnish sauna did not work. I went in the evening and there were no clean towels. The Spa itself is very cold.

The airport and the railway station of Almaty-2 are 20 minutes away (without traffic jams).
There are no complaints about the cleanliness of the room.

Neither good nor bad. But it's not worth the money. 500 euros for two nights for a standard- well, not its price. A big plus is that in the center, next to Arbat and Panfilov. Walking distance. The sink was leaking in our room, which was heroically repaired during the entire period of our stay. When asked to "bring more hangers", they brought one. And to the question "can I have a few more?", they answered "let's see now" and disappeared for two days. Apparently, the search for hangers in the hotel is a long and difficult task. And yet, the last time I ironed with an iron without a steamer, I ironed in the 90s at my grandmother's, so in 2023 I remembered it in Mercury)))

The hotel is located in the center of Almaty. It was built relatively recently. There are well-trained staff and cozy rooms decorated with elements of Kazakh national symbols. I have quality breakfasts to eat. Coffee and tea stations and the availability of soft drinks serve as a help in this matter.

But it seems that the designers were not allowed into the spa. The hammam is not up to the hammam (there are few steam, it is very hot, there are no mini sinks for rinsing benches, the ceiling is flat, the sauna is trying to burn (the temperature is below 100, there is no moisture, it is hard), the Jacuzzi stinks of chlorine. In general, I was there for half an hour, nothing went in, I went to the room, it's good there

We stayed at the hotel for 3 weeks and in general everything was very comfortable. Good breakfasts with excellent desserts and excellent coffee. On the ground floor there is also a good Italian kitchen, I liked many dishes: all pasta, pizza, soups, beef tenderloin and tuna or salmon steak - especially. The interior is beautiful and stylish. The staff is perfect. It's definitely a great option for a couple of days.
What can be improved for a long stay:
- Wi-Fi could malfunction during the day and, in principle, it pulled for remote work, but it was tight;
- the pressure in the shower on the 11th floor is weak and either the hot water is running or it is already cool.

An expensive hotel. But for such money there are a lot of flaws (in terms of comfort and ergonomics) in standard rooms, however, it will be honest to admit that the bed is very cozy and comfortable.
Towels, shampoo, soap and a hairdryer are provided in the rooms. There even seems to be a safe.
The breakfast is good. The staff is polite and friendly.
