Everything is fine. Sometimes there are no toothbrushes, the razor was left once by Gillette mach 3 turbo. They didn't return it. 5000 tenge, but it's unpleasant. I stay regularly on weekends. Can you return the razor??))))

A modern hotel in the very center of Almaty, next to the Arbat.
Friendly staff.
However, they don't clean very well. The kettle was from previous guests and, it seems, the towel was not changed

A very stylish new hotel. The lobby is in the Art Deco style. It is modern and with elements of Kazakh style inside the rooms. Good value for money.
