The hotel is new and wonderful. The room is rather big. Clear. Towels, bathrobes, slippers, kettle, tea, coffee, water. The staff is very good-natured, friendly, smiling. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. I'm happy with everything!!!

Nice, clean rooms, large bathroom. I booked a room at the end of March, there is a refrigerator in the rooms. The food in the restaurant is terrible, just disgusting.
The gym is practically without exercise equipment.

Everything is fine. Sometimes there are no toothbrushes, the razor was left once by Gillette mach 3 turbo. They didn't return it. 5000 tenge, but it's unpleasant. I stay regularly on weekends. Can you return the razor??))))

Friendly staff.
However, they don't clean very well. The kettle was from previous guests and, it seems, the towel was not changed
