I needed medical help early in the morning, a specific thing, I don't know where to turn. It says that the hospital is open all day. I'm calling to ask if they can do it, but both numbers are not responding. I look at the website and there is an emergency. I came on foot at 7.30 because it's not far from my house. The main entrance is open, the light is on, no one is there, I called, waited at the reception desk, no one appeared, the camera is looking directly at the entrance. Apparently there are no guards either. Is it okay for you that literally anyone can enter an institution and start walking around it?))
