I had a change of mind on a refrigerator I bought. I kept it new and in the box. They got manager approval and reversed my charge back to my card, so for this I give them a special respect here in Armenia to do the right thing. I can trust them with my business in the future.
I'm not a big Shawarma person, but they seem to be okay if you're into that sort of thing. Prices are kind of on the high level for shawarma in Yerevan. In my opinion you're better off going to several small vendors and compare them, find your favorite, and be a repeat customer there. Maybe its human but I think there's better out there.
Product in stock when we check online, but at the store, it is not in stock. We buy a different model, not a big problem but it annoys me. This happens many times at Zigzag.
