It's unfortunate to hear that the girl in registration was rude and unhelpful in explaining where the therapists' room was. Patient care should include being treated with respect and kindness. It's important for staff to understand how to effectively communicate with patients and their families. I suggest reporting this behavior to someone in charge to address the issue.
