Клиника Medlans в Ташкенте оставила противоречивые впечатления. Гастроэнтеролог великолепный — внимательный и высококвалифицированный специалист, который действительно помогает разобраться в проблеме. Консультацией остался очень доволен. Однако процесс очередей в клинике — это катастрофа. Вчера система вроде бы работала, но уже на следующий день всё было в полном беспорядке. Никакой прозрачности: непонятно, кто идет дальше, в каком порядке принимают пациентов. Люди сидят в ожидании без четких объяснений от персонала. Это вызывает только раздражение и теряет драгоценное время. Клиника могла бы быть намного лучше, если бы наладила четкую систему очередей. Надеюсь, руководство обратит на это внимание.

Общение с сотрудницей на ресепшене оставляет желать лучшего. После проверки курток первым делом она сказала: «Это синтепон, если сядет, мы ответственности не несем». Если вы не можете гарантировать качественную чистку и бережное обращение, зачем вообще предлагать такие услуги? Когда она попросила номер телефона, я предложил два на случай необходимости. На это она ответила: «Мы все равно вам не будем звонить». Тогда зачем вообще спрашивать номер? В целом, обслуживание оставило неприятное впечатление и выглядело непрофессионально.

Extremely poor banking service. A company transferred money to my card based on a contract and my bank account details, but even after 4 hours, the funds hadn’t appeared. I contacted the bank, and they told me to reach out to the specific branch where I opened my account. After finding and calling the branch, they directed me to contact a different department handling transactions and provided me with a phone number. However, the number didn’t work, and no one answered. I then tried using the bank’s chat service, but no one responded there either. Overall, the service was incredibly frustrating and unhelpful.

Terrible service. The app shows that the train has wagons with A/C and without. You buy a ticket for a wagon with A/C, but when you arrive at the train station, you realize there is no A/C. When you ask to solve the problem, they just tell you your feedback will be reviewed. Terrible service. I noticed more than 10 people on that train also complained that they bought tickets including A/C.

However, the seating arrangements leave much to be desired, making takeaway the best option for enjoying this tasty treat.
