In the center of the cemetery there are two main mausoleums (turbe) - Sultan Suleiman and Hurrem Sultan. This is a part of the very rich and distinctive history of Istanbul, which is definitely worth touching. I recommend visiting all the sights of Istanbul with a guide. Then you will be able to feel the events of those times, the customs and traditions, the ups and downs of that era. The photo shows a cemetery, with the wall of Sultan Suleiman's mausoleum visible on the left. By the way, the burials of men and women have their own characteristics that tell the stories of the dead.
It's a very atmospheric place. There is an observation deck. Less crowded than the rest of the attractions. It was interesting to visit the mosque and the tombs of Sultan Suleiman and Hurrem. In general, the scale of the building is impressive, I recommend you to visit.
A very beautiful view of the city. The emotions are boundless. There are tablets in the mosque, which contain the history of the foundation of the bottom area. And you can choose any language. There are guides who tell the stories of this mosque, but in English.
Visiting Suleymaniye is free, there is a small interactive program inside the mosque, and you can read in different languages. Very beautiful! Very beautiful panoramic places.
The tour was wonderful, we looked at the most important places, the guide Timur perfectly planned the entire route, managed to see the maximum in three days and even try local delicacies👍😁
Historical place, well-maintained territory, beautiful view of the Bosphorus,
A sense of peace, a feeling that goes back many centuries, time slows down in this place.
If you are interested in the history of Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent, you can see that the mosque is beautiful and there is a beautiful observation deck nearby.

Suleiman I the Magnificent rests here, he was the sultan of the Ottoman Empire (1520-1566). In Europe, he is usually called Suleiman the Magnificent, and in the Muslim world — Suleiman Kanuni.
The mausoleum also houses: Sultan Suleiman II, Sultan Ahmed II, Mihrimah Sultan (daughter of Sultan Suleiman), Salih Dilashup Walida Sultan, Asiya Sultan, Rabia Sultan (wife of Ahmed II), Safiye Sultan (daughter of Mustafa II) and Hatice Muazzez Sultan.
Admission is free, shoes must be left at the entrance, shawls and skirts are not required. There are rainwater depressions for cats and dogs near the mausoleum.
Everything is fine here! A mosque, a panorama of Istanbul, the mausoleum of Suleiman and Hurrem, a well-groomed green area with interesting trees, there is where to take beautiful photos and videos, be impressed and inspired!
To touch a piece of the majestic era, to see the resting place of perhaps the greatest Sultan of the Ottoman Empire was a long-standing dream. Emotions are provided for you, it takes your breath away from the atmosphere of this place alone. I recommend it to everyone to visit.
Istanbul is beautiful in all respects, not to mention, if you visit different museums and attractions, it is very beautiful, you can go in, take a photo or video, girls need to put on a headscarf and take off their shoes, It is very beautiful
A historical place in the center of Istanbul. In the evening, an amazing view with backlight. The Blue Mosque is called because the decoration is blue ceramics, the entrance is free, the queue is small. I recommend
The place is atmospheric, worth a visit, near the Mazar (tomb) of Roksolana, known for the TV series Hyurem Sultan, the wife of Suleiman the Magnificent, also nearby is the main attraction is the Sulemaniye Mosque, which is mandatory to visit.
An amazing place, everything breathes peace and tranquility. You need to take off your shoes at the entrance. Nobody steals shoes. It is better to go here early in the morning, while there are no tourists
I really liked it. At first, I didn't want to go in because of another faith. But I was treated with respect, the volunteer guy told me a very interesting story about the basic rules for Muslims. There was a feeling of power and awe in the territory, as if time had stopped.
This is something fantastic. It is such a cool place with this great history that, taking a step, thoughts kept popping up in my head: "Sultans, viziers walked here. It's a story."

Mosque of Suleiman, I really like it 🥰 The first time I was there in 2017, after 7 years I went there again.Hurrem, Daughter of Mihrimah, Sultan Suleiman, and Selim are buried there.Outside, the energy is very cold and gloomy. These places are very different for me, may he rest in peace
Well, I can say that there is not Khalid Ergench but a Real Sultan if you think there is a paid transfer, it is not correct the grave of Sultan, Hurrem, Ahmed, Mehrimah is there and the entrance is completely free of charge
It's beautiful to say, but you definitely need a guide who will tell you exactly what kind of place, who is buried. If you do not have a guide, then visiting is pointless
There are 2 mausoleums in the form of gazebos in the park near the Suleymaniye Mosque. In one is the grave of Sultan Suleiman and his relatives (including his beloved daughter Mihrimah), in the other - Roksolana and her first son.
Very atmospheric
We visited the museum, it was clean, you need to take off your shoes in the museum , the carpets are clean , soft , who went with a guide was more interesting
