✅️ Տանելու տուփը հարմար դրսում ճաշակելու համար։
❌️ Ափսոս` չի տրվում համտեսի գդալ կամ պատառաքաղ։
✅️ Հիմքը` ամենայն հավանականությամբ, կարագով և թխվածքաբլիթով մշակված զանգված էր` առանց լրացուցիչ համեմունքների ավելացման։
Միջուկը` դասական չիզքեյքի տարբերակ։ Հիմքի և դոնդողի շերտի հետ միասին (ամեն դեպքում` իմ քիմքի համար) միջուկը փոքր֊ինչ ծանր էր և քաղցր )❌️🫤։
❌️ Ամենաշատը ինձ վանեց բալի դոնդողի շերտը, որը պատրաստված էր բալի մուրաբայով։ Մուրաբայի համը և քաղցրությունը այստեղ լիովին ավելորդ էր ինձ համար։ Եթե անգամ մուրաբայի օգտագործումը սեզոնային բնույթ է կրում, միևնույն է, արժե վերանայել դոնդողի շերտի պատրաստման բաղադրիչները։
Ի դեպ` սրահում տեսականին բավականին լայն է։ Վաճառքում առկա էր նաև հացի որոշ տեսակներ։

A very tasty cake with prunes and sour cream. Very unfriendly girls. They never smiled at me, although I was as polite and friendly as possible. Facial expressions and looks seemed to say that I was not welcome here (maybe because I spoke Russian?)

We stayed in the center of Yerevan for a week, and the pastry shop turned out to be nearby. Firstly, it is quite cozy inside. Secondly, the staff is quite friendly and understands both Russian and Armenian. And thirdly, desserts. In general, Armenia is famous for its desserts, but as a big fan, it's a shame that a lot of vegetable cream is used here. Of course, I did not dare to try more European desserts with white creams, as I doubted the composition, but did not ask. Why? Because for a whole week, every single day, we bought here the classic desserts for Armenia: bird's milk, eclairs, anthills, mikado, gata and baklava local and everything was very tasty.

We walked along the Cascade and decided to drink coffee at Salut by Marush. Despite the cold weather, we sat down outside. The stoves were heated well. The staff was friendly and attentive. I would especially like to note the quality of desserts, namely lemon-mint cheesecake, tender, melting in the mouth "Napoleon", Pavlov dessert. Thank you very much, we are delighted!
