How do I like Marumi? Great. I haven't eaten so delicious for a long time! Although I'm not a big fan of Oriental cuisine, but I appreciate the dishes in Marumi one hundred percent! The menu is very diverse, the choice was difficult! The result is sushi, romaine chizu-tori soup, duck, some sweetly sour crispy beans. I will especially mention romaine and beans!
We were served by a very nice Milana!
A 15% discount was made on the Birthday.
I recommend it to everyone!

I would like to express my gratitude to the administrator Angelina, the most pleasant girl, met us with a smile, escorted us to a cozy table, advised us on the menu. Despite the fact that there were a lot of people, she helped the waiters and tried to pay attention to everyone. Everything is great for food, too, quickly and efficiently, an open kitchen, you can watch the cooking process.

We were at the restaurant at Independence 78 this evening. The kitchen is excellent, everything was brought on time and everything is very tasty. I liked the cheese ramen the most. The atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant. And I would like to mention the very polite staff. The waitress who served us helped us figure out the menu, which was unusual for us, and was very nice to us.

This is my second visit to this institution. And I'm not disappointed at all! Excellent cuisine, everything is fresh and delicious. The sushi is great. There were 6 of us at the table, and after ordering hot food, we could share and taste several dishes. I was impressed by the Oriental dumplings (I forgot what they are called), the thinnest dough and the juicy spicy filling. We finished the dinner with wonderful and unusual desserts.
I also recommend homemade lemonades.
The prices are quite adequate.

I have been to this institution many times (including at Independence 18) and now I can write a general verified opinion.
This is one of the few places with an acceptable price tag where everything is good - delicious fresh food, cool cocktails(!), attentive and polite staff, cozy interior with unobtrusive music.
The only remark: on my last visit, I ordered Lax soup with seafood and gunkans. He was disgusting. Maybe because it was Sunday and everyone relaxed... I'll explain. There were only two small mussels and a little squid in the seafood soup. I didn't see a single piece of fish. And his price is 20 boons, for a second. The broth was not bad, but it was impossible to eat because of some hay that was always coming across.
The gunkans were hideously shaped, as if a person had made them for the first time. It didn't spoil the taste, but the overall impression is yes. If it was done by beginners, then it is better to train them not on clients.
Tom yam and miso are very tasty soups. There are also generally decent sashimi, sushi menus and mochi.

There were also small questions about the dishes (the rice in the dishes seemed slightly undercooked to us). There weren't that many people.
I liked the cocktails, interesting combinations, it was very tasty.

I came here for the first time with a loved one. The food was very tasty, the meat was cooked perfectly. Not a bad place, I really liked the location of the rooms, they are small and cozy, which I did not feel in other restaurants when I visited them, at least from the point of view of the client, I can't say anything about the waiters.
The music is pleasant and not annoying, there are a lot of different places and, as for me, the layout is good, it's nice to be in it.
Lemonade with tea and ramen of different flavors and gejo were ordered from the dishes (I think I wrote it correctly)
Also, among the advantages, I can note the presence of side dishes in the menu for the main dish, I always lacked this when ordering any meat products.
The waiting time is quite long, but they bring everything at once.
Regarding prices, as for me, soft drinks are too expensive, the main dishes are excellent for
the price / saturation
Delicious teas that taste like a compote of ripe berries and not just grass in a teapot.
I would recommend going there at least once, and don't be so strict about dishes that you don't like (except when there is something to find fault with) after all, most of the dishes belong to Asian cuisine and you may just not go in

I like the cuisine in Marumi and the adequate price level. Everything I've tried is delicious.
But the speed of serving dishes is extremely frustrating. There has never been a time when food was served 15 minutes after ordering, although it happened on different days of the week and at different times.
Yesterday's incident was especially upsetting: I had to wait 1 hour and 7 minutes for 3 servings of sushi (24 pieces) (I spotted it on purpose, because I was already tired of waiting).
I understand everything, it's Friday night, but it's worth debugging the processes somehow. As a last resort, you expect the waiters to warn you in advance about this cooking time. Yesterday, the waiter did not say anything while accepting the order, but when I clarified after 40 minutes, she replied that everything would be fine in 10 minutes, as a result, they waited another 25 minutes. In the end, I thanked him for the delicious sushi, but noted the very long wait. There was no apology.
Very sorry.
