We were with a child. The dishes are delicious, the prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is cozy. But the order was waited for more than 40 minutes. We ordered sushi. The sushi was very small, smaller than the usual size. The child was upset.

I live nearby and often came for lunch, dinner, a calm environment for work, especially compared to the same Terra across the street, where there are daily birthdays and drunkenness. It was always delicious and pleasant at prices, so I always came to you as a priority. But after today's situation, not a foot more. Today, for lunch, they brought me a salad soaked in vinegar so much that if I ate it, I would probably get a burn of the larynx and esophagus. And pad Thai with squid looked like the day before yesterday, overcooked as if in previously used oil. When I asked not to include in the bill the food that I did not eat, they did not include the salad (because it is made of cucumber and radish, and its cost is 20 kopecks), but they assured me that everything was fine with padtai. And instead of apologizing, offering to replace the dish, or simply not including it in the bill, they included in the bill something that is inedible for people who have at least a little self-respect. You saved 10 rubles that I had to pay for inedible food, but you lost your regular customer. I hope they will stop coming to you at all soon and you will close. And this is just around the corner, judging by the constantly changing staff, such establishments should not work, poison people with garbage food and convince them that this is a normal edible food. Shame

Amazing reviews are written about the staff... The waiter brought the main course, but forgot about the drink. I brought it later on request. I forgot about dessert at all, but we didn't wait any longer, we decided to go to another place for it. When they asked for the bill, they indicated that we should not include dessert, because there was no dessert - the girl did not even apologize.

Food: I liked it, I took a bowl with eel, it was very tasty. A friend took shrimp ramen with two (2!) shrimp for the whole soup.
Interior: very beautiful, atmospheric and comfortable, although the air conditioner has one specific table, either to reduce it, or to make it warmer..
Staff: we were served by the waitress Irina, I would have given her 2 stars out of five (plus a point for probably being tired just, but the time was not under closure). She came up to us 3 times during the whole evening, when I tried to call her, she nodded (they say I'll take the tray now and help you), but she never came after that. We were given forks and teaspoons from the utensils for dishes and dessert, chopsticks are always on the tables there. It is unclear how to eat soup with a teaspoon, but I had to, because the waitress did not come up, see above. When we finished, no one was in a hurry to approach us either, so we decided to just pay at the bar, where we met Irina and heard "I'll come up to you and I'll pay you." On May 10, we booked a table at this place to celebrate a birthday with a small company.We were greeted very nicely, assigned to a beautiful table near the bar on a raised platform.

I ordered a table for two near the window.We went to dinner with my wife, ordered dishes.as a result, there was a piece of plastic in the soup.I understand that you can find fault with everything, but the windows could have been washed, the view is just a dirty window.I wouldn't call it a restaurant, just a cafe.dishes for the amateur.there was a balcony in the cafe, much nicer and more cozy.It's a matter of everyone's choice, but we won't go to Marumi anymore...

I ordered a wok from the lunch menu and waited for it for 25 minutes!!! 25! How's that? What kind of lunch should it be then? It also tasted terrible, that's right at all. The coffee was cold and bitter, the Mochi was 6, soft, but I didn't feel any special taste and tenderness either. The staff is ok, except for 1 waitress, takes on too much and is very sharp.

Not so long ago, my husband and I went to sit and have a delicious meal, because I heard good reviews about Marumi...
I'll say this, we spoiled the evening for ourselves. As a fan of Asian cuisine, I am disappointed.
They asked me to bring drinks right away.Beer and tea arrived after 25 minutes of waiting, food after forty (but the waiter warned that you can wait a long time).
It's still not clear about the drinks, they didn't brew this beer).
Now about the food. From normal, I emphasize that just normal, there was sushi.They were ok, but nothing special.
I took a poke with salmon, avocado and sauce. There was catastrophically little sauce, the fish itself was tasteless, apparently they did not buy it initially (I suspect sanctions), since the fish in the shops has been slightly salted lately. The drink itself is bland, generally tasteless, I couldn't finish it.
My husband had a chicken kebab with teriyaki sauce -that's a complete disappointment. I've never eaten such an over-dried chicken in my life, it's just terrible.
In general, the bottom line is that we will not go there anymore. It's a pity, the menu was promising.

Food with an Asian bias, it is not quite familiar to me, for the sake of interest, I like to visit different cuisines of the world, tastes, as they say, do not argue. I liked the tomato soup and fried squid. My wife and I did not like the dishes with wheat noodles (one with pork, one with shrimp), because the noodles seemed tasteless, and there was a lot of oil in the dishes themselves. There is a lot of pork and juicy shrimp. The portions are large, the food is hearty, a couple of dishes of 400-500 g may be enough for a hungry man. Next time I want to try meat and rice dishes, the restaurant's menu is rich and interesting. I wish the establishment to maintain the Asian orientation of cuisine, prosperity and new culinary heights at the current price level!
