Along the way, we smelled dust and various unpleasant odors from the open hatch. I don't know what the speed was, but the bus was tossing from side to side. The driver is rude: when asked by one of the passengers if it is possible to sit in the front seat, he replied: "I don't care, even on the roof, just faster." When asked by another passenger if it was possible to put luggage in the trunk, he replied, "Yes. It's open there." and the passenger went to put her luggage in the trunk on her own. The horror!"!! To deprive so-called drivers and carriers of their licenses!!!

There is no elementary simple polite attitude. There is no desire to contact Mozyr Express once again after such communication...
We were silent for a long time, but it's time to leave a review anyway. Extremely incompetent dispatcher girls. I received a text message for one time. There is an online order screen, there is an SMS screen. And the minibus left half an hour earlier. This has happened many times, but at least they called and warned before, and today we learned about the transfer only from the call of the driver, who called and asked where I was. When you turn to the dispatcher with complaints, they hang up the phone. I had to persistently call back several times and demand the phone number of the management. The phone number of the management was certainly not given. I fought my way out of a trip. Horror. We use it only when there is no way out. And that's what they use. This is not the first time I have encountered such an attitude. I wrote an e-mail appeal. There was no reaction.
Yesterday we saw off relatives from Mozyr to Gomel on a flight for 14-30. I had to catch the train to St. Petersburg at 17 o'clock. And then Gomel was flooded to the waist.
