I've never seen such terrible service anywhere in my life! The waitress/hostess had a face like everyone owed her. I greeted her. She's in response. And that's it, silence! She just looked at us as if she expected something from us. So your waiters don't have any script for how to talk to guests when they arrive? After an awkward silence, she showed me a gesture with her head, "they say, what do you need?" Then she finally told me to sit down. Without a smile, without any words, with a haughty face. Just "sit down." She threw us the menu and left. It's really the first time I've encountered this! Don't you have any training for employees on how to behave with customers? The cafe was already empty when we arrived. And I had to leave, because with such an attitude I absolutely did not want to have dinner with you.
