We were a big company for the new year 2021, so it was no longer boring.The hotel is located in the city center and at a comfortable temperature you can walk around the local "boutiques" and spend money on Egyptian unnecessary things).There is a McDonald's and a disco nearby .A pharmacy with fixed prices. The hotel is cozy, but comparing it with the five with the water park in the desert, I would choose Merlin because of the location. The first strip by the sea is also an important factor.The pool is small, there are no slides and I have not seen anyone swimming in it, perhaps it is just not so warm in winter, and the sea is nearby.There were no questions about nutrition - it was delicious and neat, although because of the crown, there was no buffet, and the menu was written on paper.Room cleaning every day, sometimes neatly))The rooms are a bit old, but quite comfortable..The annihilation is suffering , perhaps again the crown has made adjustments, this must be understood.But for the new year itself, the hotel management threw us a feast for the whole world)).Rich tables were set, and then until the morning on the roof they entertained and regaled with phenomena accompanied by artists, like an Egyptian night .The only negative after 24 00 was that the main food was removed, fruit was left, and the Russian man walks and eats until the morning)But even this did not overshadow our new year.And how nice it is to come to the beach on January 1 in the morning, uncork a bottle of brut and snack on a sandwich with caviar, brought in advance, to congratulate your homeland)))..In general, if you are not interested in luxurious rooms, a huge hall in white and gold, two-story restaurants, then you are here.You can go out without children here, the beach is small and all our people huddle together.And if you have requests, then do not read the gadget.

A terrible, dirty, smelly hotel. Why is it smelly, you ask? Yes, because everything is cooked in the restaurant with spices, it seems that it is not made from fresh products. Too much pepper and seasonings are added to the dishes . The rooms are dirty and dead. I do not recommend buying trips to this hotel.

The rest was wonderful.We had a rest with my husband from 09/23/21- 10/03/2011.We were taken by bus to the hotel, sent for lunch. In 5 minutes, we completed all the paperwork and were escorted to a room in the main building on the 2nd floor. The room is clean, everything works, but the balcony overlooks the main street and the entrance to the hotel.Let's go look around, the sea is gorgeous, sand, there are enough sun beds for everyone. The next morning at the reception she asked us to move to a quiet place, without any extra charges, we were given a great room in the bungalow H 201 on the 2nd floor. The boy helped us move our things. And now paradise begins! I do not know who is going why, we came to the SEA. The boy who cleaned the room was called SORRY , that's how he introduced himself , he did everything great , wiped the dust, washed the floors every day , changed towels every day too .I forgot to write for the room - everything was fine, the air conditioner was working, the kettle, coffee, tea, sugar , water in liter bottles was always there. The safe in the room is free of charge, a small refrigerator in the closet is in working condition. Free large beautiful beach towels. I wake up very early, at 5 a.m. I'm on the beach. The beach workers clean everything up , put it in its place . The police walk through the rows , look under the sunbeds , check everything . Very nice people , they will wish you a good morning ! Breakfast - there is an omelet or fried eggs , pancakes with some jams , milk porridges, yoghurts with what additives anyone wants. Fresh vegetables ( sausage , sausages ) I did not like it, because fried vegetables, stewed in different sauces - please say a separate word about all sorts of goodies , different pies , puffs, etc. For lunch there were always soups - I did not eat, grilled chicken , meat or fish . Beef , stewed chicken were served every day , very tasty fish in batter , side dishes of your choice rice, delicious potatoes , not raw , pasta . And what kind of eggplants they have !!! Dinner was also enough and everything was delicious , because I already wrote , we came to the SEA , not TO EAT ! Fruits include apples , small bananas , melons , oranges and dates ! There is animation , the guys are trying , if you want to have fun , there is where . The sea is quiet, clean, there are no coral stones even from the suitcase.There is a bar on the beach where you can take from tea to strong drinks , ice cream at 12.00 cold beer , cocktail. We were very interesting on the tour in Luxor, but it was too hot there! I liked the sightseeing tour of Hurghada, the guide Svetlana, told me interestingly, the museum of sand figures was most impressed - this is art! Well, the main trip to the Orange Bay , swimming in the purest azure sea with masks , slaves, corals - this must be seen. Great team , photographer , lifeguard and the whole team is great ! What struck me about people is that everyone is rushing to help you , I don't know, but I will definitely return to this hotel!!! Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday to everyone! The worst of all the hotels we've been to in Hurghada. They need to accept only locals, foreigners have nothing to do there, I have not seen such an attitude in any country, in any hotel in the world. Food - you won't stay hungry, of course, but the food is frankly not tasty, you also have to beg for every piece, the dishes are dirty, plastic cups for drinks are so thin that it's scary to take them in your hands.
The rooms are very shabby, the air conditioning is so bad that we slept under a wool blanket at night, almost hiding our heads, the cleaning was excellent for the first week, the cleaner Musa is a great guy, then another one replaced him and the hunt for clean towels and water began.
The beach is small, clean almost always, in the morning the guys clean up, but in the evening the locals shine so that it is disgusting to walk barefoot.
The sea is clear, but you can swim calmly from about 5 to 10 in the morning, then there will be a million Arabs there.
Excursions from the famous Pushkin, about whom they write in all reviews about this hotel, I would not recommend taking, we threw away money and lost a day of vacation. Instead of diving, we attended a 12-hour Arab party.
We rested in this hotel for relatively little money at current prices, but why suddenly, on August 9, when flights to Hurghada were launched, our tour began to cost 100 thousand more, this is of course a question.

We came on vacation with a large company of 9 people, including 2 children. The elated mood passed after checking into the room. To say that he is tired is just a compliment for the hotel. Dust, dirt, old furniture, sagging mattresses, conditional repairs. I want to say separately about cleaning. Regardless of the tip, the bed has never been changed. For tips, swans were turned on and the floors were washed a little cleaner. We just had to beg for towels, there were three of us in the room, but the number of towels constantly did not match)))
The place where they take their food cannot be called a restaurant. We accidentally looked into the kitchen, where the food is being prepared, I still can't see it")))) dirt... The food from the series "you won't stay hungry" Queues are huge, and if you come an hour after opening, it is possible to eat quietly, which we did.
The pool is just terrible, the water is covered with some kind of oil film. The child had to explain for a long time why it is impossible to swim here ...
Then we move on to the beach..
Sun beds are present, they need to be occupied early in the morning, before breakfast. As soon as the bar opens, a huge queue of fans builds up to roll in hotel alcohol from the "all inclusive" in the morning)))). The quality is questionable, all drinks have the same taste, rum, whiskey, etc.
There is beer))) The draught quickly ends, they begin to pour from bottles. They don't have time to cool ...
The sea is clean, the water is transparent, the sun is bright)))
You can't lie quietly on the sun beds, FLIES...a huge amount ...
At the same time, the animation is excellent, they do not let you get bored...I must give them their due.
We sailed away on a yacht twice in 10 days, diving and watching fish and corals saved us))))
I will not go to this hotel a second time...

We had a rest from July 1 to July 13, 2021 in this hotel together with my husband. The hotel is on the 4th floor. The room was given in a bungalow on the 3rd floor with a balcony. The room is normal, but the floor could have been washed better (men wash, there are men everywhere ...). The room was close to the beach! Which was very gratifying! Now about Pushkin! He's a tour guide on the beach! We fell in love with him! He is very kind! Funny! Attentive! Beautiful! Nice guy! Bargain with him!, and he will sell you tours at normal prices! 👍
About the beach: a good approach! Clean and beautiful sea! Sand!
The food is normal! We are not picky in principle, we liked everything, we are from Siberia.. The hotel is in the center.. In the evening, you can walk along the boardwalk.😎🌴

And the fact that I wash the floors myself since I can 't wait for the cleaner . The bed linen was not changed even after a week, the towel does not change at all, you put the garbage out the door yourself. Flies are getting stuck on the beach . Alcohol is poured by a teaspoon, at 11 o'clock the whiskey ends. Of course, I'm not picky and I write a review in the first place, I always close my eyes to the cons, but there are too many of them. The first time we rested in your hotel in 2014, the hotel then belonged to the Desole chain. The hotel was clean, well-maintained and now there is no chicken coop.
