It was in December 2013-13, 2021.I really liked the beautiful cozy clean hotel. We lived in a bungalow with new furniture, clean. The cuisine is varied and delicious. The service is great, the staff is attentive. The animators were excellent and constantly organized events. The beach is great. I would like to visit it again. The decoration for Christmas was on top!!!

A nice, well-lived, well-seen hotel. We visited here 20 years after the first vacation. Of course, repairs are needed everywhere, the room stock is just dead, but the owners and staff are trying very hard, the food is quite good, the attitude is excellent. I won't even talk about the beach, the sea and the location of the hotel - it's written everywhere - you won't find it better. Who will go - keep in mind - 80% of vacationers are pensioners, they are Russians.

Excellent sandy beach, nice rooms, animation, varied food, friendly staff. It is located on the El Mamsha promenade, within walking distance from many cafes and shops. Five minutes by taxi to the Sheraton, the same time to the airport. I recommend it for a relaxing holiday.

The service is good, the rooms are not new, but the water is with good pressure. The room was cleaned daily. The territory is small, but it's even better since everything is nearby! And since there is a large street for walking next to the hotel, without intrusive merchants, it was possible to walk for pleasure! There is no road noise. There is an airport nearby, but you can't see or hear planes taking off and flying! The result is 4 points, for the fact that the hotel's load at the time of rest was no more than 30%. If the load is 50% or more, then there are fears that the above advantages may fall off! But when talking to those who come here not for the first time, they say that this has not happened yet! We had a rest from 02/28/12 to 03/6/12. First, we were accommodated in a building next to a swimming pool and an outdoor cafe on the second floor.There was Wi-Fi, as the room is opposite the reception. And since we didn't take Egyptian SIM cards, it was a great bonus!!! After 3 days, we were asked to move to another building, under the pretext of repairing the room.We agreed, but then it turned out that others had been placed there...It was unpleasant...
In general, the staff is responsive, I liked the hotel, a great animation team, a cool beach!
Out of the unpleasant, I will share that we took an excursion to the shopping building next to the hotel (I'll throw off the photos) to Cairo, paid the entire amount at once (which was our main mistake). They picked us up at night, as it usually happens, and took us to a big bus.We drove on the bus for 1.5-2 hours, they came up to us and in bad Russian mixed with bad English they said that they had not paid for us, they say, get off the bus...We showed a piece of paper with the payment, wrote to the person who took the tour, they called, left us behind and drove on. BUT THE SURPRISES DIDN'T END THERE.
Arriving at the museum in Cairo, it turned out that there were no tickets for us...Further, according to one of the Egyptians, he bought us tickets for his own money, but we were already late to the museum with a Russian-speaking guide. It's hard to describe our emotions... Before entering the museum, the guide explained to us how to look for it if you get lost...We started looking for him instead of admiring the exposition...Another guide called him...and he replied that we were not his tourists, that he had not been paid for us and he was not going to pick us up...There were three of us, my elderly mother and 13-year-old son, how much they had to endure...
Fearing that the bus would leave with our belongings, we left the museum without seeing its charms... At the exit, the young Egyptian guys began to explain that if we pay $ 150, then everything will go well, otherwise we will not be taken. I wrote on WhatsApp to the hotel guide ..., the person who took the tour (he assured me that he had paid for everything)...as a result, we were given to pick up things from the bus and entrusted to another guy Abe, and then we traveled with a French-speaking group on a small bus. In the same place, at the museum, the tourist police became interested in us (because we walked there at the gates of the museum crying and not agreeing to pay for the already paid trip... they got used to it in general), made up some kind of document... I think thanks to her they didn't leave us at all at this museum ...
Then we went to the pyramids, although we no longer expected to see them, but all without a Russian guide, we saw what we saw... we stayed at the Sphinx for only one minute!!! We didn't have time to enjoy it properly...then we spent more than an hour in a perfume store (the French wanted it that way), and then home... In general, the Cairo trip was pretty spoiled...I post a photo of the place where they took such an excursion and a photo of the seller to protect other tourists ...
I will return to the hotel...if I went to Egypt for the second time, I would choose this hotel again without regrets, the food is delicious, the choice of food and drinks is great! The territory of the hotel is closed and the views are beautiful! Little by little, everything is being repaired...Cleaning?...Well, yes, how can men clean up?!))) We spent a lot of time not at the hotel, but on the beach))

We got from the airport to the hotel quickly.
Our flight was delayed for 4 hours and it so happened that we checked in after 12 a.m. of course we did not see dinner, but we were given a dry ration. The hotel is not bad for 4 solid .
We were settled quickly , the rooms are not bad , the furniture is certainly not fresh , but we got excellent beds . The room has a TV with 3 Russian channels and a mini bar. The territory of the hotel is well maintained, they try to keep it clean.
The staff is very friendly. The beach is not big, there are various entertainment programs. The food is good , it 's a sin to complain . Everything suits me!

The beach is small, narrow, buoys right by the beach, people do not fit, there are not enough sun beds for everyone. Workers are constantly walking on the beach, sniffing something five times more expensive (oils, excursions, massages, etc.), therefore, you will not rest peacefully. The rooms are dirty! Cleaning according to the plan is once a day, but we went to the reception four times (almost every other day) to have our room cleaned and garbage thrown out at least. The rooms are very tired! That's really all falling apart, the bedding is old, the furniture is ancient. The animation in the hotel is boring and monotonous. The rest is just a disappointment.

The beach is nearby, this is a plus, but there is no place on it, you need to take it very early, otherwise you will just throw towels on the sand and go into the sea. There is no reef here and there are also few fish .The food is such that you do not go hungry. In the morning , you can take an omelet and the pastries are not bad , which you took with you to the beach before lunch .
