We've been looking for a place to have dinner for a long time.
During the tour, we saw a fashionable Marbl sign - we went in, looked at the menu - we realized that this is what we were looking for. (Modern kitchen and conceptual interior)
To be honest, there are not many such places in Minsk - everywhere there is a mixture of national cuisine 🙂
As it turned out, the place is new- everything is delicious, and the service is right at the highest level, 5 points

We were able to sit down only at the bar, the table was not booked in advance. According to the price level, the total bill for 2 salads and 2 × 2 drinks turned out to be higher than the average than in St. Petersburg even. We haven't tried the main menu.

They didn't take anything hot, they made do with snacks. Tartare with beef is excellent, tartare with red fish - there is no flavor highlight, a little mediocre. Salmon sashimi is so delicious! The bread plate is also delicious. I won't say anything about wine, because it's subjective. We didn't get on the hook with "pour you some water" for 18 rubles :) But, guys, finish this case - it looks so-so. The interior is super, the staff is polite and considerate. Overall, we are satisfied.

Marble just created a wonderful evening for us. We did not regret at all that we decided to celebrate the DR here. The kitchen is wonderful, some dishes were liked more, some less, but there was no disappointment in any of them. Everything is very beautiful and, most importantly, fresh and delicious. Oysters deserve special admiration - it's just love!!! Separately, I would like to note the work of the waiter Dmitry, he is a great fellow: he told us about each dish, recommended champagne, and cocktails just understood from the first words what we want. On the occasion of DR, they also brought us a cake and the waiter Girl (unfortunately, they did not ask her name) congratulated us very beautifully, from the bottom of her heart, and not a banal set of words.
I would like to say a big Thank you to all the staff of Marble for their excellent work! We wish you prosperity and many, many satisfied visitors!

I booked a table for Thursday evening, asked for a table with sofas on the terrace. They said on the phone that there would be a banquet in these places, but they would try to reserve for me. Upon arrival, it turned out that they would not be able to put me in, since the seats are designed for 5 people or more, which was not previously mentioned. Despite the fact that a couple were sitting in those places and there was no banquet. The administrator responded to the current situation by saying that whoever calls first sits down. This is about the reservation, which was made in 2 days. The general manager Maxim shrugged his shoulders and offered me a seat in the corner. I was forced to leave. Customer focus is at zero.

All 10 people who were at this meeting will never come to you again. There is no difference anymore: delicious / not tasty / interior, when such an attitude.

An amazing place! For the first time in Minsk, I meet the chef to go out to the hall to the clients and cook according to their wishes. At our table, not everyone eats meat and gluten - and the chef suggested cooking a seafood platter with fresh Greek salad and local Belarusian cheeses. I really liked the service. Guys, I understand everything, paid water. But you need to at least warn about this in advance, so that later it won't be unexpected in the bill. 18 rubles per liter of water, tu mah)
The place itself is beautiful and the menu is delicious, at least the risotto I ate.
